I don't think that's a good idea. Justice should be blind, not subject to vote. Our justices should not be worried about what popular opinion says, but what the Constitution and the law says.
Some of these justices in the last several months have been missing from key hearings. No explanation they just weren't available for hearings. I'm wondering if behind the scenes Justice Roberts is telling these justices.Hey there's a conflict of interest, go to your office. We may never know why those particular justices weren't involved in hearing a particular case, But if that is how they're choosing to resolve it I think there's movement in a positive direction

At what point will the elected Democrats and the donors realize what is really going on. The Republicans told us 8 years ago they would "deconstruct the administrative state". Something needs to be done so SCOTUS is NOT bipartisan. They currently govern themselves with no oversight from anyone. Biden has a cabinet that is full of people working behind the scenes. It’s about clean air and water, health care, minority rights, women’s rights, schools, housing, etc. If the Republicans win the Presidency, House and Senate they will implement policies that will hurt minorities the most. This is not the time to vote based on your “personal feelings “ it’s about survival and caring about your community, families and yourself.
