I bought this product myself. Like you said, it's fine indoors if it's cool inside and you're not doing anything that's gonna make you break a sweat. Outdoors? Not good at all. If it's hot outside, that's what you're gonna get, hot air around your neck. I am debating on whether to keep it or not to only use indoors when relaxing. Gonna try it one more time and make a decision. Thank you for reviewing this product and being real honest about it. I'm wondering if it might help bring down a fever a little bit. I just don't know yet.
