The CBA has changed the NBA (Primarily, Player Personnel)!!! We have to adjust the way We view Our Roster: My Suggestions are: 1) Have one of The Best Starting 5’s in The NBA (2 $50+ Million Super Stars/1-2 Fringe All-Star Players/1-2 Top Level Role Players), followed by 2) Have a Strong Bac(k)up 5 made up of Role Players that are making $13 Million & Under. 3) Biggest Change - Remaining 4-5 Players need to be Developmental Young Guys with maybe, 1 Vet Mentor/Player Coach (Mcgee/etc.) in that Group. 📌 One of the Biggest Mistakes on the 23/24 Squad was that We had 14 Players that expected to be in The Nightly Rotation.
To be fair Rob did say “ we had an opportunity to make history with a father son duo & history should happen in a laker uniform “ he kept it 100 up front
