#10 seems about right for the Lakers. You can't be a top team with a 40-year-old "superstar" that is only able to give maximum effort about 25 minutes a game. Also, he will need to load manage at least 15 games best case, and worse case is he is injured which is very likely for a 40 year old player. Old players playing 35-40 minutes a night are likely to get injured.
