生ハムや無花果、ブリーチーズに目玉焼き、ベーコン、トマト、レタスを挟んでみました☺️
I made a sandwich using air dry clay and resin.
I put prosciutto, figs, brie cheese, fried egg, bacon, tomato, lettuce, etc. in bread.☺️

I was doing this in the 60’s with some baking soda concoction and water colors, looked good enough to eat. Way before hot glue and other recipes.

高密度タイプの方が硬化時間が遅いので、表面に細かく質感をつけたかったり、ゆっくり作業をしたい時は高密度タイプを使用しています！✨
早く型を取りたい時で、そこまで細かい質感をつけない原型を作る時は速乾タイプを使用しています☺️

How can you make clay look so delicious?! I struggle with eating food because I don't have much of an appetite, but you make the food look so good! If the food was real sized, a lot of people would be missing their teeth! 😅

Your work is amazing! I’m a beginner, what is gel medium used for?
Thank you so much!❤️ I use gel medium because it gives a more realistic surface sheen to the grilled bacon. ✨ It gives a shimmery sheen that is different from varnish alone. ☺️
Amazing! I just found your youtube channel and I am amazed by your process. I make miniature food too but with polymer clay (needs to be baked to cure) I’m trying to dabble in air dry clay just to get that more translucent opacity that makes it look more real.
I had a question with your process. Do you make the positive mold then create the negative mold in your process making miniatures? Is this for ease of reproducing them or is it for something? (I.e ease of handling later on or allowing for curing first before handling). I hope my question made sense 😅

The reason I create molds to replicate is indeed to enhance reproducibility, as you mentioned. (Unlike air dry clay, which tends to dry out quickly, epoxy putty allows for more detailed texture work and so on ✨) Since I'm using a translation tool, I might not fully understand. I apologize if my response differs.

I tried acrylic on Fimo and the result was a tacky mess that didn't dry. Any suggestions????
Sorry, I have never made miniatures in Fimo so I can't give you proper advice.😭 If I can find out anything in the future, I will let you know.
