    get a more narrow grip and more strech on your chest . AKA dont always try to extend your left arm . Dont try to work against the pole . Use your muscles as a slingsot . dont try to make ur muscles do the work . Look at (Sergey Bubka ) for instance , ( look at his first jump over 6 m) his left arm was never fully extended. Good jumps tho
