There is no ambulance as persons do not know which hospital is hospital people need to know that when they go to hospital they expect that all their needs are being met
Them need to equip all hospital, primary or secondary because we have problem with ambulance so by the time u get one to transfer the patient they develope more complication.

We shouldn't have to choose which hospital gets ventilators, ALL should have...the Medical system needs upgrading.
