Joel Padilla same for me once I discovered veto I will never buy a different brand tool bag !! Thanks for the comment ! Hope you get that MB2 soon it was a great bag for me !
Great review! This was one of the video that inspired me to get an MCT..I've only had mine a few days and I am still trying work out what to carry etc. In your video, one thing that struck me was the snap clip on your brush..I would get rid of It and just use one of those mini carabineers and leave that snapped onto the D ring of the bag...You'd probably need to add a loop to the brush (zip tie?) but at least if you loose the brush, you wouldn't loose the snap clip as well...
Thanks for watching glad the video helped inspire you ! And that sounds like a good idea ! The only reason i have that clip on there is because i was grtting rid of like 3 old bag straps and i cut the clips out of them lol. But the small d ring is a really good idea i have a few of them that i have done nothing with since i got um ! Thanks again ! Hope u enjoy the new bag !
mike_HVAC stub gauges make life so easy. And yes here in hawaii residential ac is mostly mini splits (mitsubishi,fujitsu,etc..). probably at least 80%. it's a very popular choice because our electricity is so expensive here. and ac for the most part is a luxury as opposed to necessity. so some people only want a mini split in there bedrooms. or just certain parts of the home. thanks for the comment ! aloha !
Where did you pick up your bag? I didn't know they sold them here in Hawaii. Makita makes an excellent bit holder as well, it really holds onto bits so they don't get stuck on the screw. Downside with the Makita is that I have to sometimes use a needle nose to get the bit back out. That adjustable wrench looks exactly like the Channellock Code Blue WideAzz, but the code blue is only $20. Anyway, mahalo for the vid.
What's up nalu ! I got this one at admor and I've also seen them at United refrigeration. and yeah same thing with the dewalt you usually need a pliers to pull it the tip. I seen those code blues great price. they are pretty much exactly the same I think this one that I have just opens a little wider. thanks for the comment glad you liked the vid ! aloha !
nice tool bag i have qeustion how do you check the charge for mini split ? by super heat and subcool or not? and does the expanstion valve on many split on the outdoor unit cz all mini split isee is on the outdoor unit
hvac& fitness I will usually check charge by pressure a lone on majority of mini splits. expansion valve (LEV,EEV) are always outside unless you are working on a city multi type mini split, the expansion valves will be at your indoors. also when I check charge on city multi units I can check my subcooling because you have a high side port.
jay holmes thanks for your comment! And honestly I dont really like Hilmor hand tools. The only tools I really like from them is that 9in1 screw driver($9 I buy so many of them) and their compact swage tool(best swager hands down). Other than that I usually stick to Klein for hand tools, fieldpiece, and navac for pretty much all my other job specific tools. Hope that helps! 🤙🏽
@@unkomikey1494 thanks for the advice I have a 6in adjustable wrench and the 1/4-5/16 nut driver and so far theyve been awesome plus I love the black and green but Ive been curious why I never see anyone with any of theyre tools except the occasional duct knife lmao
That little dog is stealing your brushes.

Gedore makes really good adjustable Wrenches for $25-30
Stub gauges are the way go to - I carry mine in Klein pouches.
Are the residential A/Cs there in Hawaii primarily Mini-Splits?

Do you recommend Hilmor tools? Or am I better off getting other brands?

How is it going up ladder hatches
I haven’t had any issues going up ladder hatches. It’s not on in this video but I use the shoulder strap and it’s perfect.
Do you have a link or model number for that dewalt bit holder?
You had chow or Oshiro? for Rac class
Tyler Ho I went school in las vegas
i heard you say "ope" are you midwestern? also do you smoke?
joker's junction no and no
Sausage fingers
You weren’t “running” an MB2
Nice set up.
