TODAY'S RECIPE IS New Way of Making Plum Cake | Eggless Banana Plum Cake Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Mixed nuts 2 tbsp
Dry fruit 1/4 cup
Tutti frutti 1/4 cup
Black raisin 2 tbsp
Cheery 2 tbsp
Mix well
Keep aside
Sugar 1/4 cup
Caramelised the sugar
Warm water 1/2 cup
Cook for 2 mins
Soak it for 10 mins
2 ripe banana
Mashed well
Sugar 1/4 cup
Melt butter 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Add soaked dry fruits
Vinegar 1/2 tsp
7 inch pan
Cherry
Cashew
Black raisin
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
