TODAY'S RECIPE IS No Egg No Oven Wheat Flour Plum Cake | Eggless Christmas cake Recipe Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar 1/2 cup
Caramelized the sugar
Hot water 1 cup
Cook for 5 mins
Tutti frutti 1/4 cup
Dry fruits 1/2 cup (kiwi,mango,cherry,raisins,pineapple)
Cook for 5 mins
Let ti cool down
Condensed Milk 1/2 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
Whole wheat flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk powder 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Mace 1/4 cup
Caramel soaked dry fruits
Mix well
7 inch mould
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
