Bahra was raised or cared for from the time she was 5 or6 by Yesnea who was a child herself. If I remember the same story, and not sure about it, the mother was under the influence of drugs or alcohol after the father died
Being the eldest, Yesnea took resonsibility. It's a role I know well as I am the eldest from an alcoholic family, as both parents were alcoholics. Both these girls never had full parenting
My sister always had huge resentment toward me. At ages 82 and 76 we are close good friends now.

I love watching this Nana and the two girls. It somehow fills in the lack of a nourishing family environment that I needed as a child.

Why does everybody think they can do better for these girls than the grandmother is? She is doing a fantastic job. Education that they will need for their futures. Why do they need to be around other kids who are on the internet and doing things they should not be doing she's doing things the right way everybody else needs to back off if you're not willing to fly out there and help her then shut up.

I’m going to guess it’s mostly Americans with their “opinions and negativity”. They seem to have so much compassion and empathy towards others yet those of us who are raising another parents child in America they will complain about their taxes being used for that! it's sad that the grandma shows the younger girl preferential treatment over the older girl, who tries to step up to help. Like this video, pulling a flower away from the older girl to give to the younger one. Grandma hurt the older girls feeling like it means nothing and she does it often. Very SAD!
