There was an enormous depth of soul in those 60's recordings. Mary's beautiful voice is forever in my soul. How I miss her and Mary Anne and Margie.
I saw Petula in London on her 90 the birthday, doing 8 shows a week in Mary Poppins as the Bird Woman. She was amazing. There was an onstage birthday tribute during the curtain calls. It was a much deserved tribute to one of the most versatile entertainers ever.
