Having sealed on the crankshaft, and blocked the three oil return holes how does the engine breathe? Have you fitting another crankcase breather somewhere?
When I had a T140 with an open belt primary I had it breathing through one of the rocker box covers. It was a long time ago though so I don't really rmember any more detail than that.

Can you elaborate on the breather install please ?

I can also provide a Spigot to be intalled on the timing case for a competition 1/2" breather 'pipe.

What maintains the belt tension? You obviously can't use the old slipper tensioner

The belt drive does not require a tensioner.
