copy files and images etc anything you like
open the folder or file where you want to paste ( right click the mouse and press option button ) you can see paste icon changes to move just press it . good to go
Mate, even Windows has the same option in PHONE LINK app like call, copy and paste and all kinds of stuff. Even if you plug the mouse into Windows, you will be notified but it doesn't ask for permission like MAC. I agree

The most useful thing you could you after switching to mac is to swap your ctrl and command buttons.
The default behavior is crooked.
I have been using Mac for last 4 years, I never considered switching back to behavior setup.

Bro Which is the best and secure external SSD drive format for Mac and PC like exFAT, APFS because I heard that if we are using exFAT drive format the files are getting corrupted.
exFAT is more suitable for smaller storage driver i.e., like a small flash drive. It is not as good as native OS file format systems from my experience. I personally use NTFS though, since it is easy to use with windows machines too. Only caveat is you need a paid third party software to use it like Paragon NTFS, Tuxera NTFS etc to get write functionality on a NTFS drive in macOS. I had used Paragon from Snow Leopard till Mavericks and then moved to Tuxera from Yosemite onwards and so far both are great.
Just format it to APFS MacOS Extended (Journaled)
