You know, seeing how everyone has hope for the future of beatboxing, how everyone is improving and helping each other out, trying new things, reaching out to people and inspiring them so much in so many ways, it is impossible to not feel happiness and pride in being here and seeing this magical thing happen. I love this community and what it spreads.
Pepouni is a real hero, he doesn't wear a cape but he has a video recorder and a mic to help undiscovered talent around the planet
I literally have less than a year listening to beatbox and I'm now in love with it. It's been a few months since I started practicing and now I see myself growing not only in my beatboxing but also in my mind and my spirituality.

@@MoGratitude being recognized by the mainstream doesnt mean it was taken from any of us.
Rap and hip hop was never taken from the black communities, just because its mainstream on the radio...it still has roots and people who pay homage to those roots.
Same goes for beatboxing..especially considering they share the same roots..

I am so happy to see how beatbox has grown and evolved like all the other hip hop elements .
I was Dj for Breakdance/bboying but always followed the beatbox scene growing , i beleive dancing infuences followed a bit the same path as beatbox , started in US > influenced Europe > Influenced Asia .
I always have a beat in my head while walking , beatbox is part on my life and i'm so amazed every time by the good the vibe in the beabox community . Real hiphop is there ! You guys making history , thanks Reeps1 & SwissBeatBox and all the beatboxers out there ! #Wespeakmusic !!!

Been there for over a year now.. One thing is certain, I'm never going back.
This is the way I want to live my life. This is the way I want to meet new people and the main thing, this is the way I want to create and share music.
Lots of people don't even realize how beatboxing and even the presence in here affects your everyday live. This family can teach you so much not only about beatboxing as itself, but the strong friendship even between people facing each other in battles. The fact how others makes you so confident and are continuously spreading love inside and even outside to the world around us is just breathtaking and heartwarming at the same time.
No doubt, beatbox community is the one and only and yet, I can't be proud enough that I'm a part of it.

I've been in the beatbox community silently, watching videos, liking, beatboxing when i'm alone since i was 8 years old. I'm now 20 and i keep watching and listening to it, i love it more now than ever before. I would love that beatboxing wouldn't be seen as weird in my country but there isn't a really big community here in argentina, maybe some day.
These episodes are genuinely leaving me crying with tears of joy after each and every. Proud of the community and Reeps is a monumental understatement. We are experiencing the exponential development of one of the most progressive, unique, humble, warm and jaw dropping communities anyone has ever seen. As Reeps said in Basel we may be highly skilled beatboxers but there's still new sounds appearing all of the time which impresses amateurs and pros alike. While there is a lot of turmoil in the world right now and previously in my own life I am happy to say that my skill of beatboxing has been my saving grace. Also, being part of a community that has essentially been re-born and has flourished into something I never could have imagined in my young life is a hugely incredible blessing. We oughta count our blessings beatbox crew because we're smack bang in the middle of the beginning! What a legendary time to be alive as a beatboxer!
This is so well done and so powerrful! Thumbs up for everyone involved. I wish this will be released as a full documentary at the end of the episodes, so much great quality content, ideas, and inspiration. Brilliant idea and wonderful execution. Reeps will exist forever.
This is one of the best things I've ever seen. I have had my first contact with beatbox not a long time ago and now I can't do anything but beatbox.
I'm very happy and exited with this documentary, and it is amazing the way that inspires me to continue beatboxing.

Love this series, I’m an aged 35 year old who has been vocalizing music since the late 80’s , but these young creative people blow my mind daily. every individual is gifted. some they creat music, some like the dancers feel nusic but we beatboxers speak the language of music. we speak the beats, the rhythm, the sounds we understand its language.........

I’m a biology student and I beatbox for a college a cappella club. I’ve thought a lot about different ways to analyze and appreciate beatboxing - it seems to be tied to linguistics, anatomy, anthropology, and so many other fascinating fields (in addition to music of course). I think of beatbox sounds and patterns as units of cultural information (a.k.a. memes, going by Richard Dawkins’s definition - www.britannica.com/topic/meme). Maybe beatboxing can even be a case study for the impact of the Internet on cultural evolution. I am truly delighted to see these documentary videos on beatbox culture. Thanks and bravo to everyone who is working on this series!
