Hi, that's sounds awesome, Korea is a fun country to visit. Well you should probably be aware how the transportation system works, so I have a video on that. czcams.com/video/XaHGn-mOqfQ/video.html. Also as far as fun things to do, there are plenty around Myeongdong. I would suggest seeing the palace nearby, for shopping I would recommend Hong Dae as it's more budget friendly than Myeongdong. At Myeongdong there is a fun show called Nanta, there's a few free museums you can visit as you saw in my video, and a night market for street food.
In fact, there are a lot of great museums in Korea that are absolutely free. A very tourist friendly spa is the Dragon Hill Spa in Seoul. And of course, you need to go to the theme parks such as Lotte World and Everland. A beautiful park you can visit is Seoul Forest, they have a little zoo, botanical garden and bicycles you can rent. If you have time, you can book a train to go to Chucheon and visit Legoland, La Petit France and Nami Island. My new video is on Legoland if you are thinking about visiting there. I went on a weekday and the park was nearly empty. I've pretty much just scratched the surface of South Korea here. But if you are short on time, those are what I'd hit. And as for food, nearly every restaurant tasted great to me. You really can't go wrong. But if you want to make sure, you can use the Google app to find restaurants with good reviews.
Anyways have fun on your trip, and thanks for stopping by.

Hey fam, just caught up with my sister and mom after their trip to Korea. They mentioned how much Korea has changed, becoming super touristy, with prices going up and, unfortunately, food quality not what it used to be.👎 It’s a mixed feeling, honestly. On one hand, it’s fantastic to see Korea gain popularity thanks to K-pop and K-dramas, but it's a bit of a shame to see some of the downsides, like the overcrowding and commercialization. 😅That cafe looked cool, though! Seems like a popular spot means a bit of a wait. Watching this brought back so many memories.😍 Thanks for sharing your experiences, and hope you have an amazing week!🤗❤

It is very touristy, especially in Seoul. Although if you leave the big cities it may seem more authentic. BTW I heard 50% of the population live around Seoul, so that may be why it feels so crowded as well. We went to Chuncheon and it didn't feel as crowded.
