  • When you are using the Action Camera Center to either create a time shift or a freeze frame, you have the option of adding a pan and zoom to your output. We show you how this tool works in the context of the Action Camera Center in this tutorial.

Interesting that you have to apply those effects from the clip in the media room. Guess that's why I could never get those action center tools to work. That freeze frame in the action center is worthless and they should remove it or fix it. I found it's much more effective to just take a snapshot of what I want to zoom in on and then put that on another timeline.

I use the snapshot tool more often as well. It's fast and efficient. --Jim

The control has been moved in the most recent version of PowerDirector. You can highlight the video clip and then click on the EDIT button above the timelines. In the popup menu under the TOOLS category you will find "Action Camera Center" --Jim

      Joe,
I'm not sure what to tell you. I don't have the bandwidth of time to master the android application. You might try posting your question at the Cyberlink Forum to look for a remedy. --Jim
