Can you explain how Collision mechanic works in this game? Morale Boost looks insane, but I would like to know what proc the Collision. Does a skill like Strategic Rush proc it the passive?
Strategic rush is your main way to proc this passive yes. Fierce clash also does but I don't use that skill.

how is the crossbow/dagger builds in korea? better than bow?
Its a pretty good build especially very strong in PVE but bow dagger in PVP is more meta
Its viable tank with SNS and Staff? like idea of mage tank,wand have bad dps.. staff works?
Realistically you could play that but SNS with dagger/wand/greatsword is way better
What about gs/dagger but in light armor to max eva/magdef?
There are assassins in armies like that but I don't think you want to many of them in your army
