How long have you been wearing the MR-G scratch free?

I have an MR-G as well and the watch is practically scratch proof. I've gone diving with mine and have owned mine for a few years and I don't have a single scratch.
I bought the gold variant 40th anniversary edition now because I have a lot of other gold jewelery in my collection, and I want a casual wear gold tone watch that cannot be scratched. Not a fan of the gold shiny finish.

@@SavageKillaBees you are talking about the black MR-G square?

@@xpusostomos yep MR-G Square, its truly almost indestructible and practically damage-proof. Its the kind of watch that will keep looking like its new forever. I imagine from very heavy use, the pins may bend in the bracelet, but thats only speculation, my bracelet is completely fine.

@@SavageKillaBees that's interesting... Of course I have scratch free watches I've babied and not worn much, but it sounds like yours is worn. Nothing even on the clasp? Not even micro scratches, and patina? Maybe one day I'll pick one up... For now I'm babying a few regular black squares

@@xpusostomos it looks brand new if thats what you are asking, and I do not baby it whatsoever (the MR-G). I have a Rolex Datejust 41 that I also wear and that watch is newer, and its already pretty micro scratched from desk diving, especially the clasp. The MR-G does not degrade at all from what I can attest to, its engineered to basically live damage proof. I just wanted a gold watch that can offer similar wear performance so that brought me to this 40th anniversary variant, it will just match better with my gold chains and bracelets and stuff
