Omg yes you should def do your own version! I’m already noticing positive changes from it, although staying consistent is the hardest part😅 but you’ll be keeping me accountable lol

Good luck on 75 hard! I would like a book review of the books you read if you don't mind.
If I did 75 hard I would:
-walk everyday
-stick to my calorie goal 5/7 days per week
-read 20 pages nonfiction everyday
-drink 8 cups of water everyday
-take progress photo everyday
-meditate at least 5 minutes everyday
Ok I’ll definitely review them! I like the addition of meditation, 20pgs a day would be a challenge but I’m a slow reader lol
