16:00 How big is that shubler😱
Your videos never disappoint-learn and laugh while you watch. Well done and a 👍 as always. God bless.
Love the caliper clock.
Yeah that was funny at the end 😂
Looking good bud can’t wait to see the next video!
I hope it has hardened tips😮
The new caliper clock is awesome Bro. Just like the new bike 👊😁👍
Thank you for the quality video and positive emotions
Fantastic as always, not much better than waking up to a new DonnDiy video! Thank you!!!
now you have the frame jig, you could set up a "build to order" production run.
Loved the MAXO-MADE mini-micrometer , you sneaked that one in real good. The Minibike is coming right along Donn. Thanks for sharing and show the fun you have around there too. Fred.
Thanks for watching!
Looking good so far, that's the modern version of the manco big cat minibike. They weighed 215 pounds.
Nice. I can't wait to see you riding that little monster outside....
Yup, can't wait either. I will probably be underwhelmed by the engine performance at my weight 100+kg (220lbs) but it'll just be for moving around on the farm anyway. Performance bikes will be kept separately.😛
Front fender needs to be lower in the back. It will keep the motor cleaner/better cooling, less clean-up. Looking awesome!
15:01 First engine start.
Aitähhh Sulle ! Järjekordsed hästi veedetud minutid ! Jätka samas vaimus ! Ootan, mis edasi saab... 👍👍👍😊
Tänud vaatamast!🙏 Loodaks pilli varsti käima saada👍
i loved the paquimeter Mitutoyo! hahahaha
Nice build. Change that front fender.
Ya needs to be lower in back longer in front
Nice!
I love the Mititoyo Clock.
You better get that crossbar done quick or it won’t fit until tomorrow.
Super 😍🤗
like a glove! another great off road toy. love it
As always, I appreciate the great editing and shop humor. Lovely caliper at the end
😛 Thanks for watching!🙏
The little "ahhh" in the background when the plasma cutter collided with the ground clamp was hilarious.
Edit. I just got to the end of the video and that caliper clock is awesome.
Yup, stuff happens when making stuff at the workshop.😛
@DonnDIY Donn, did you know that the youtube channel Quantum Tech HD are using your content? They have made a 48 min video using your footage of the ATV that you made. Their video has 9.7 million views. If you didn't give permission for this, you should complain to youtube and try to get some revenue from it.
Plenty of noises like that in my workshop! It’s good that Donn leaves the wee mistakes in - it’s very human 😁👍
Perfektionist 👌👍👍👍
Hi Donn, Many thanks for an entertaining, informative and amusing video. Wonderful range of skills you have never disappoints me and many others I know. From UK.
Thanks for watching👍
This is the ultimate hard snow vehicle
Now you got a song stuck in my head... 😂
You're welcome 🤣
That we should build a house, we will draw and live! Donn is a cool guy, you can work and you know how to rest. Your projects are interesting, it's interesting to watch their implementation. I look forward to new videos every time and enjoy watching them. Thank you for your creativity. Good luck to you and all the best. Russia, Moscow.
Once again Donn, a very well considered, well planned and well executed project. Your projects are becoming more refined with a level of expertise that is rarely encountered with the level of entertainment that you also provide. I've also noted that your English language skills have improved greatly. Well done Donn!! Thanks for the entertainment!
You do awesome work. I love watching your content.
Nice caliper...😁
for the crossbar between the handle bars i would do a metal plate instead so you can more easily mount things to it such as headlights if you feel like it
Классно. Видео очень подробно передаёт смысл. Даже слов не нужно.
Cracked me up & I spilled coffee on my leg when I seen your new vernier's lol.
Да, всё хорошо👍. Но щитки на колесах должны быть БОЛЬШЕ (ШИРЕ) колёс, иначе грязь вся будет на тебе и технике
Bro I'm enjoying so much this series! Congrats for this job and hello from Brazil! 🇧🇷😮🎉
Thank you for sharing, another great video, I learn a lot ,always a pleasure watch your video, you are a great teacher, I learn a lot , have a nice week end 👍👍👍👍
Thanks, have a great weekend!
Nice caliper. Happy Independence Day to you, bro.
Cheers! 🙏
Nice build!! Should be a fun runabout right… and the caliper clock!! Haha, love it!
well done my friend DONN
Looking so nice and fun. Love Big tires
13:14 nice doorbell
Love your craftsmanship, top notch
Oh, that clamp made a mess...it worked well without the clamp the second time around though.
Thanks DonnDIY! 👍💪✌
Looking really good, thanks for sharing your videos. 👍
Looking good! Keep up the great work! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching!🙏
Great slide caliber 😂 from France ❤
You do awesome work
Nicely done sir!!!! Love the fat tired mini bikes. You should mount some lights on the handle bars and run them off the motor and use a rectifier to charge your battery while it’s running.
Great Clock. Fun build 🕘
Cheers🙏
Un placer verle como realiza sus trabajos . 💯💯👍👍👍
Nice job on the mini bike
Now it needs is one of those old iron tractor seats and footpegs made of a length of chain with the links welded together.
Hello Donn good job well done
Yup, You always want to measure Your minibike with enormous caliper! 😎
😛 Just took the opportunity.😀
Awsome work as always!
Coolest clock ever! 😁 Bike is coming along nicely. I really like the fenders made of trailer fenders. They're cheap and durable. Win-win. Looking forward to the next episode.
Greetings from the Netherlands, Mark
Cheers man!👍🙏
Those plastic fenders are quite square compared to the rounded curve of the tires, I would have heated the corners and gradually bent the sides out to Match the fork angle or the tire contour.
Haha 😂 😂 too funny... and awesome work...love your vids...🤓🥸😃
Thanks for checking in.🙏
❤ your builds.👍😎✌️
So here is the Million Dollar Question. How do we get _OUR_ hands on a Mitutoyo Digital clock, with comical sized caliper theme?! 🤣😂😄
The mini-bike is coming along great!! ❤👍
I checked Amazon and EBay and found nothing. That things pretty cool, I think I’ll keep looking.
15:03 should have been the thumbnail for this video :) Nice work man
You should have lower the front fender a bit down, looks like it's gonna spray on the motor. Besides that, looks delicious!
MM77 Approved 👍🏻👍🏻………………………………………………….this build is so cool! LOL
I think it's cool too, that's why I'm building it 😀 I hope it turns out as I hope it will.
Ti seguo.... Sempre con molta curiosità e ammirazione
🙏
This serie should be called: make your own Fantic Koala. Great work as always
The front fender will touch the frame when steering.
This is coming out excellent! It would be cool if you could plasma cut out your YT name and weld that in the middle of your bars. Cool build Donn I can't wait to see this thing sling ROOST!!!
.....and who knows, maybe someday you'll swap an old 250 2stroke into this baby!
I'll try and keep this bike as a quick-get-around bike on the farm. I'll probably keep the performance mods close to none and work on other projects instead.👍
Yeah makes sense to keep it stock. This thing is going to be pretty fast with the Torq-A-Verter. When I was a kid I had a 5.5HP on my minibike with TAV and it would would want to flip you off if your were not careful. I can't wait to see this thing ripping! Hope you're staying warm Donn.@@DonnDIY
Nicely done, the singing the strips lol
Cheers 😀
Making your own engine noises. Classic.
Keeping my inner child alive 🤣
Them callipers bro, epic 😂😂😂😂😂
Yep, I like these calipers too 🤣
Хорошо!👍жду продолжения!
👍👍👍!!!
14:00 👍👍👍
Maxi tool clock to tell when mini bike is completed.
Tervist .
Head Pidup'eva !
Ma selle projekti alguses arvasin , et tuleb esi - ja tagaveoga elektriõul liikuv tsikkel , see on ka vägev . Edu tegemistes !
Tänud! Tervitused 🇪🇪👍
Another quality Donn DIY video and great progress on the build. Loved the motorbike sound effects, short singing interlude, and giant calliper clock. Just awesome
🤘
@15:04
Laughing out loud.
The people in the dentist office are looking at me now. 🤣😂🤣😂
Огонь
As always awesome work and creativity! I don't want to tell u your business but maybe u should leave the flat section extended out on the front fender like a dirt bike so u don't get mud in your face. I race quads and the most irritating thing is getting mud in my mouth from the front tires slinging forward and then I drive through it when I'm moving.
Go for it!
Damn those calipers are sweet! What are they 0 to 2 meters? They must have cost a fortune.
Nice! 😂
👍👍👍
С таким оборудованием можно космические корабли строить, а сделать то же самое только с болгаркой и сваркой слабо😊
I just have a lowly coleman minibike that i use for cheap easy transport around the ranch, trust me, you'll want mud flaps to keep you clean, ive mudflapped mine to the point i can ride the muddy driveway at full tilt with my flip flops on and not even get my feet wet, but it also keeps mud and swill of the engine and chain which makes maintenance so much nicer. I have a flexible rubber flap on the back of the front fender, front and rear of the rear fender, one that goes across under my foot pegs and a stainless sheetmetal guard between the chain and the tire, it took some fitting, but the chain would have to get deep enough to hit the mud for it to get dirty.
Are you going to rig up some kind of two speed "gearbox"?
Being able to go slow enough to not burn up the clutch can be beneficial
I'm probably moving in the same direction with the mud guards and flaps once I get to use it for some time. The bike has CVT so no gearbox needed.👍
@DonnDIY I'm talking more of a hi range low range situation more than a shift on the fly transmission. I'm excited to see how you finish it out, I love the way you did the front wheel/hub!
I was wondering about the ground clamp...Ouch
I think your front guard will foul in the front frame when you turn the bars. hope it doesn't
What a big instrument you have 😅😅
It seems that your time has come.
15:02 😂😂😂👍
Fat tire mike
Nice work, but isn’t that front wheel clearance to the lower frame tube a little tight?
I THINK THE LONGER FENDER WAS BETTER, JUST MY PREFERENCE.
👍
I may be a bit slow on this one, but were did you buy/get the caliper watch? I have just rebuild my machine shop, and it would fit just perfect here as well as in your shop 😃👍
Nice build. I noticed you don't have any suspension to soften the bumps. Do you think it will be able to go very fast over the terrain without a rough ride...?
Most of the fat tire mini bikes have no suspension at all. The balloon tires acts as dampers. Mike Festiva featured mini bikes of such sort that he raced in the woods without problems.
About... Nine centimeters. 😂
15:03
Wieder ein großartiges Projekt, wie gewohnt! Wo bekommt man solch eine Uhr?
Mitutoyo Europe👍
@@DonnDIY Danke für die Info. Habe danach gegoogelt aber nichts gefunden... 🤔
