Kinda sounds like she’s aro and/or ace. Regardless this is probably the nicest way to reject someone. She makes it clear that she just doesn’t see them in that way but understands why they asked and lets them know her boundaries. The fact she’s supportive of them finding love elsewhere and tries to give them advice is also very kind

Being able to separate fiction from reality is a good thing to have. This could have ended really Bad for the listener. The speaker was very comprehensive considering the whole situation. Really great, unfortunatelly, in real life, we're not in a romcom ( Even if i'd love to 😂)
