Hi...loved this pachadi...almost all r nice recipes which resembles my mothers recipes...I have a request for recipe...that is "gongura annam".I had this in a restaurant n loved it...so if possible show this recipe n also show how to store spinach,gongura,thotakura in refrigerator for more than one week.mine r spoiling within 3 or 4 days when stored in closed plastic bags.help me in this too...thanks in advance.

Rajeswari Malla u can cut those spinach gongura thotakura n all n take a plastic box steel it may b put one news paper in it n store those leaves in that box they will b fresh for many days we do kothimeera n karivepaku like that n u can pack them first in news paper then put that in plastic bag n tie it will b fresh too
