- Went to a spot a few Ks from where I live. This was the most fun Mangrove Snapper fishing session I've had in a long time. Hit on almost every cast. This spot always holds a decent amount of snappers every year. They travel upstream in small creeks and inlets that are connected to fish farm outlets feeding on small shrimps, barbs perchlets etc... This the best time to try some Ultralight/light game fishing.
