I think the era of creativity and expression is over with the likes of Sidek bros, Hafiz Hashim, Bao chun lai, Gade, Lee chong wei, Taufik, Lin Dan gone!!... Now tactics, a more scientific approach of coaching and rehab in order to win and prolonging careers is taking over, yet in Women's singles you will still find lots of variety and expression more than in mens singles today. Still u find some expression and beauty i.e in Momota's game but thats it....this is not wrong , I mean the single players today are super fast , very strong ....its just that their approach is getting more and more professional by the day,...maybe that is good for the sport in general, lets see what happnes in future...
Brice did not announce that he has retired and was still competing this year in January and February before coronavirus hit us. He is currently rank 37 in MS
@@abdulharis9390 @Abdul Haris he is quite an inconsistant player unfortunately. He rarely goes far into the big competitions. But he won a few times against a few big players like Lee chong wei, Chen long, Chou tien chen... And he ranked 30 recently! But he can't repeat his performances multiple time in a competition :/ He's clearly a monster however when he's in a good day
