Photoshop should have been this great 15 years ago because I could remember you could similar effects in mobile phone with just a click while you had to work on several layers in photoshop to get similar or better effect

My Photoshop is 2021 version 23.0.0
Personally, I set flow to around 5% to 10% so any single brush stroke is only a slight change.

The nural filter's main problem is that it works on only the face. If a subject has rough skin the results look like a head transplant.
Please zoom in, so we can see what change is happening to the face, Thank you.
Only problem is it only detects faces.. =(
Now all Adobe has to do is apply the effect to more areas than the face. Because the AI only retouches the face.
Still quite a lengthy process …

This filter is okay but it doesn't include the neck, hands, etc. I may as well just do the whole face/body from scratch.
The result was so so man.... maybe you chose a model with really bad skin. This is a great technique for normal skin.
