Evidently, Alex was whispering "naughty" things in David's ear making him laugh and having to re-shoot the scene, disrupting DT's one-take-wonder reputation. Neither would say *what* she was saying, when asked at comic cons..

This 2 parter is a really fun one to go back to once you've seen all of River's story play out. Loving the reactions so far, making my way through them :)

This story is so much the template for the series for the next few years... there's more references to the future than you mentioned in this.... It's almost worth coming back to watch again once you've seen "The Husbands of River Song" to catch them all

If you guys haven't already started, I encourage you to start watching season 2 of the Doctor Who spinoff "Torchwood," and season 1 of "The Sarah Jane Adventures" prior to watching Doctor Who S4 episodes 11-13. Though it's not really necessary to watch, you'll appreciate those 3 episodes a lot more.

Great australian accent!!
Time Lords have convoluted alien names but as these are extremely hard to understand or pronounce for other non-Time Lords, so either they choose another name (like Theta Sigma, Mortimus, ...) or a tittle (like The Doctor, The Master, The Rani, ..).
Believe me, in England, this show is watched with the whole family. Kids watching from behind the sofa, yes, but they must see it, cause, yes, it got monsters, but it got also the right amount of drama (sometimes history) and humor, it got everything in a fun package.
Noah 'I-like-the-horror' getting jumped scare so much in this episodes, love it.
One day you'll return to this episode (even if it is only to watch Tennant doing his thing) and believe me, it will be even more epic.
Anyway, at this rate, you'll soon get too your new companion.... yet, how soon, I won't tell. Spoil... éh, you know it.
