🍫Molten Chocolate Cake🍫
This chocolate cake is the cake of my dreams. Everything about this cake is so overwhelming. I love enjoying it with vanilla ice-cream and I can guarantee you will love it too. Its definitely a show topper in your family and friends gathering
Ingredients
120 gms all purpose flour
60 gms cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
100 gms castor sugar
125 ml milk
50 gms melted butter
Sauce
50 gms castor sugar
50 gms brown sugar
30 gms cocoa powder
1 cup hot boiling water
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius and grease 7 inch baking dish.
2. In a bowl combine sugar and oil together. Add milk and whisk nicely.
3. Sift in all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and whisk it nicely. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
4. For the sauce- In another bowl, add castor sugar, brown sugar and cocoa powder. Sprinkle it over the batter and carefully add the hot boiling water.
5. Without mixing it put it in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
6. Serve it hot with vanilla ice-cream and enjoy!
