I'm not preparing for UPSC or something but this topic is very much relevant for me because of my mother, she is suffering from mysthenia gravis which is also a kind of Auto-immune disease. To be precise Myositis and Mysthenia gravis which is also idiopathic . She is having problem in throat, and doctors gave her high doses of steroids, which gradually effecting on liver and kidney. And yes It is relapsed after 6 months. and Thank you sir I've no aware about immunoglobulin (I.V. I.G.) therapy, monoclonical antibodies.
