- When it comes to craft supplies I like simple, flexible storage that is easy to keep up with. Let's be honest, I'd rather be crafting than organizing my supplies! In today's video I'm showing you my solutions for stamp and ink storage in collaboration with Shu-Wen from Choux Puff Creations here on CZcams.

I have all my craft supplies in Evernote. Paper collections, stamps, dies, punches, paint color, anything I craft with. I love it
It’s such a great app for organizing and being able to search your collection.
Wow! So envious... Of the storage and your organization skills.
It had been a work in progress over the last decade or so and there are still many categories of supplies I’d like to organize better…but I’m too busy making things! 😂
This is great! I am still deciding how to bet sort stamps, dies & inks so this very useful.
I’m so glad you found it helpful! I hope you find a system that works for you.
Thanks for sharing I’m just getting started but I already have so much goodies 🎉😂❤
It tends to multiply quickly! Have fun with your new hobby!
Thanks for taking the time to show your organization system. Happy Stamping. 🇨🇦 {Mary}
I love how you store everything. I am definitely the throw-the-foam-in-a-bag girl. I have some organized but not all. I love your new system.
Thanks, the baggie system worked for a long time but the Oxide ink started bothering me because it doesn’t dry and gets on everything. I’m enjoying my new system so far.
You can also right click on the photo and copy image then paste into Evernote. That’s what I do. It saves a step.
Good tip!
I like your organising methods. Your supplies all look so lovely on display. I struggle with paper storage, like opened paper packs, scraps of cardstock, stickers, etc. I'd love for you to share some ideas if possible.
I have things very loosely organized and there are definitely areas in my room that could use a refresh and reorganization. I’ve been meaning to do a room tour and some other organizing videos. Hopefully you’re subscribed and will see those once I get them posted.
Love all your organisation and how up to date you are with your stamp catalogue! I would love to do that. Your ink blending foams are so organised and I love how you've done that with the squares of labelled cardstock between to make it so easy to find them! You have set me some high goals to achieve in my craft room & I think I need evernote now!
I’m still getting used to the blending foam origination and so far I’m loving it. The investment of time into creating an Evernote database for stamps is 100% worth it!! It does take time and if you’re using the free version like me you are limited on how much you can upload each month. That being said, I LOVE having a digital catalogue of my stamps and I use them so much more because I can easily find what I have.
Your markers and inks do look so pretty 😍 thanks for sharing all your ideas. Wish those ink travel cases were still available
I love seeing the rainbows on my desk from all the inks and markers. There are several organizers that I wish were still available. Especially the large stamp organizers!
Thanks for sharing your space! You have a lot of great ideas and a great collection.
Thank you!
GREAT IDEAS! TFS
Great ideas, Chelsey! I love how you store all your ink blending foams, I might have to give that a try as well! Currently a little baggie girl here haha! Thanks again for being one of my guest contributers this month!
Haha I finally decided to try something beyond the baggie system because of the Oxides. They make such a mess! So far I’m enjoying the tray. Thanks for inviting me to participate this month, it was a lot of fun!
Thank you for sharing! My craft room is a mismatch of everything! Someday maybe mine can look as neat as yours!
Haha mine doesn’t look neat on the daily! I always have projects in progress on every flat surface 😂
What a fun video to watch! I also use Evernote, but I have never finished putting all my stamps in. I almost always use my phone to upload and to find 😊
Evernote was a game changer for me. I feel like I get so much more use out of my stamps now that I can search for them digitally.
Great ideas Chelsey and you are such a great organizer. I so hate we don't have available the large container for our stamps as they do help us to be organized. Love your tips especially with Evernote. I started it awhile back and so needing to redo it. I liked the picture idea too hadn't done that.I also liked the foam topper idea too as I'm just getting into using them. Thanks for sharing!!
I’m glad you found some ideas that might work for you. I love the large organizers especially since they fit in the kallax shelf. It’s really too bad we don’t carry those anymore.
I would be interested in learning what main categories and sub-themes within each box that you use for your stamp and thin cut sets.
I like to keep my organization a little loose, so I keep the categories within the boxes minimal. There is not exact order inside the boxes, so I can just stuff them back into the right section, not worrying about them being in number order or anything. Typically I have several categories in each storage box. Here are my categories: labels/tags, patterns, interactive, vintage, for him, baby/kids, love, sentiments, travel, animals, summer, fall/halloween, scrapbooking, flowers/bugs/spring, christmas, birthday, people and various. These have worked pretty good for me so far. Hope that helps!
Great Ideas Chelsey!!!!! I may need to do a little tweaking of my stamp organizers!!
It’s a functional system for me. I’ve been doing it this way for quite a while and it works well. Hope you can find a good system for your stamp storage!
I have been wondering what to do with the foam toppers. I will give that a try.
So far I’m liking it. I didn’t want something that would require opening little bags. Just grab and go!
I love how you are organized and decorative. It's beautiful! Did you know that you can add glass shelves within the Kallax cubes? Little kits from Ikea to take advantage of the space above stamp boxes
I hadn’t see glass ones. I’ll have to check that out! What would you store on those shelves? I’m curious!
Thank you so much for sharing how you store and catalog your stamps. I have been trying to figure out a solution for myself. Do you use the free version of Evernote? Or do you need the premium version because of the amount of space you need to store all of your stamps ‘ dies info and pics?
I just use the free version of Evernote. That limits how many entries you can do each month. If you want to enter a large collection all at once you may want to sign up for the paid version for a month or so.
You have your Tim Holtz inks in the IKEA you’re correct? But what is the container they are sitting in? Thank you
Most of the inks are just leaning against each other in the Alex drawer from IKEA. The clear organizer with the blending foams is an office organizer I found at Dollarama. Hope that helps!
Hi Chelsea, could you share what other items you store in the drawers where you keep your oxide inks.
I really need to do a craft room tour but I keep putting it off. It’s a big project to film and it never seems like my room is finished…or clean enough 😂 I store embossing powders, punches, Cricut vinyl, paints and twine in the drawers. I will do my best to get a craft room tour done to show you.
@@ChelseyVorosmarty Thanks from a fellow CTMH maker. I’ve been thinking about getting some drawer type storage, but I wasn’t sure what I should put in them.
@@kbcbursh I like the wide Alex drawer set I have because the drawers are shallow and things don’t get buried or lost.
