If you are reading this, hello. It is midterms season. I am very extremely IMMENSELY stressed. I have a paper to be writing right now. It's supposed to be 8-10 pages. Am I writing the paper? No. What am I doing instead? Writing this description. I am going to get such a bad grade and I do not mean this in like a Relatable way i just think this semester is a struggle and I am VERY STRESSED i just realized that in half my descriptions i capitalize my letters and in the other half i don't. it's weird because my default is no capital letters but then i start typing my description and suddenly it's Time To Capitalize Things. ok anyway i really have to go write this paper bye

This is really dumb - but I have pretty much no friends. No close friends anyway. My career in the arts isn't going anywhere - I want to make art, films, music and just be creative! Depression is a huge pain in the ass though - I don't want to feel sorry for myself! I want to be productive and inspired...
However your videos fill these voids in some shape or form... They give me a little more spark to keep going. Thank you for that.
Having said this, please don't feel any pressure to release videos frequently! We don't want you to be under too much stress. Also good luck with your assignments!

@Abejedo Abella this can be for anyone love! If you need to hear it then it’s for you ! What ever troubles or stresses you are dealing with I understand that they are hard ( I will never know how hard though) . But despite it being a hard problem or easy to solve I’m sure eventually things will be ok. Take your time. Don’t overdo it and don’t worry about future events , deadlines or just the future in general. Remember if you worry now for something bad in the future you’ll be in pain now and then. I hope you get plenty of sleep and lovely days 💖💖

I think what you said at the six minute mark is why it’s so important to take advantage of weird Life opportunities like this. Is it bad to miss classes and are your college grades important? Of course! But is it going to mean anything after college, ESPECIALLY if you finally get out of your degree and realize what you’re studying wasn’t what you wanted to do after all? Absolutely not. Maybe don’t accept offers from strangers on the internet, but DO get lots of real experience in the things you’re interested in if you get the chance (or things you aren’t, it’s always good to make sure) because trying is the only way to figure yourself out.
As an actress, I truly loved this. You described everything so well and people that don't know anything about acting can still enjoy this while not being confused! I loev how you didn't glamorize production because it is no where near as pretty as some people make it look :)

When I went on a field shoot (part of my internship with a lifestyle show)-it was so shocking how long a day it was. Everything takes so long I was so tired after a day of mostly waiting!

Yep can confirm, my dad works in special effects and I’ve been to a lot of sets to help, and there is a very real chance that you are there by 8 or 9 in the morning and it’s not your picture* (I’m German I have no clue about the English terminology) until (late) afternoon.

this video stresses me out because instead of getting hands on experience in the field I’d like to go into like ris, I’m stressing about when I should do it and not actually taking actions lol I’m constantly worried that I won’t like what I’m going into so let’s see how this goes

Dude, I just did pretty much exactly the same thing!!! I took off a full week of college to work on a film set for a week. We shot an entire feature in six days, I got the prettiest shots of my career (and lowkey broke my camera two hours before we wrapped the movie), got Sunday to do homework and then went straight back into 16 credits. Not recovered whatsoever, but absolutely worth it!

This was such a fun video to watch! Reminds me of when I'd spend a few days going to a conference or doing an internship, or literally anything that wasn't school! Though for my major I never had any college existential dread (engr majors usually need a college degree for their industry) I did have moments where I was just ready to get into working and making things!
As a person on the other side of that (coming up on a year of working) I'll say it's a great sign that you enjoyed it, since working imo is more fun than those internships and other things, if not more!
