I made these for dinner tonight and they are AMAZING!! I added a tablespoon of flaxseed and a tablespoon of nutritional yeast just to boost the nutritional value a bit. Thanks for this super easy recipe.
These are great, for seasoning I added salt, pepper, sazon goya, garlic powder, a little soy sauce, turmeric, and cumin. I also added a little corn starch to help it bind together and crisp up a bit better
Hey I have a recipe it takes a little more effort but I think could be good so take 1 can of black beans boil them intill not to soft leave like 1/5 of the bean to the side before boiling bean the beans after done boiling then make some quinoa I have some in packets I just add water add like 1 cup of quinoa or the whol packet depends on the size then use bread crumbs like 1 third a cup then salsa but if you feel like putting more effort in cut up some onions and tomatoes and add in and cook on a pan or in oven or air fry to your liking Enjoy.
@Artsy9 I appreciate that. I am going to be on a religious fast soon so I will have plenty of opportunities to try it. Thank you for sharing this with me.
I definitely should’ve added more seasoning but this was so easy to make. I hate having to worry about all the chemicals in store-bought veggie burgers
I love this recipe, it is so easy and quick. I like to use BBQ sauce in it, I also add chopped onion. So good, even my non vegan family members like these.
Thank you for this. I always avoided making these because the recipes were so complicated and the payoff really wasn’t that amazing. These are both delish and easy! 🙏🏻
ive made these but with a spin, i actually literally just ate them for dinner. flaxegg, gluten free flour, and beans. any seasonings you have and (optional) but a diced green bell pepper! then smashh super delicious!! you can freeze them in cling wrap, and to get the cling wrap off, just run the burger under hot water for litterally 5 secs and it comes right off
Love this and I first saw it on your channel. I make it all the time. It works with Chickpeas or lentils as well. I add fresh Garlic, Onion, Chili and Curry spice to it in the blender.
Ty, I just made a batch, and they are delicious! This was my first time making black bean burgers; I added chopped carrots, cilantro, onion , bell pepper, garlic, and jalapeños. I'm freezing a few for my lunches this week. 😊
OMG thanks SO MUCH. My cupboards are almost bare but I just so happen to have 1 carton of chickpeas a bag of rolled oats and thanks to the food bank always have canned tomatoe sauce. Will definitely have to season this up but thanks to you I will have dinner tonight ! I had lost hope on that happening😊
I was just thinking about this recipe yesterday while warming up a store bought black bean burger! Too funny! I need to try this instead. Thank you and you’re awesome!
I'm going to try this except I think I'm going to add onion powder garlic powder ground thyme mushroom powder crushed red peppers salt and Black pepper in other words put some seasoning in that joint girl LOL
I have made this before using barbecue sauce. It is absolutely way better than you would think using only 3 ingredients. The smokiness from the bbq sauce made it taste like it was grilled, even though I pan fried them. Also if you do them in a nice hot lan and get that Maillard reaction so you get that brown crust on the outside it taste incredible. Definitely worth your time to try it.
Indian McDonald's mostly have veg burgers coz most people are vegetarian:) even I'm kinda vegetarian I don't like chicken lol I was vegetarian before but I tried chicken I kinda liked it not much tho so you can make patties using potatoes and other veggies
Worked out very good! Such a moneysaver! At first the "dough" was very mushy, but put it in my fridge and took doggie for a walk for 20-ish minutes, then it was easy to form patties. Also worked in my hamburgerpress, just need to wet it to get it off of it. Thanks so much, amazingly easy. Just need to try how they become after frozen
Brilliant idea. However it lacked taste. So will be making again but add some more things for taste. I already added onions and garlic. The structure was great though.
Ok, now THIS is what I was looking for!!! I'll make these and add finely chopped bell peppers, some red onion, and a little bbq sauce!! Thank you for sharing!! ❤️
Thanks! I needed a simple burger recipe. Sometimes (usually!) I don't want to fuss with gluten, shredding raw beets, etc.,and these are made with simple whole foods! Awesome! Thanks!
OMG!!!!!! Thank YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!! I’m new to veganism but every time I see a recipe it’s a trillion ingredients that I don’t have!!! Finally someone with a really simple recipe!!! Thank you….i just subscribed to ur channel ❤❤❤❤
I fork-mash one half pound of Beyond burger with one can of mixed vegetables. Add seasongs like cumin and garlic powder to taste. Shape into patties and sautee.
So u might not see this…but I just recently discovered how bad meat is for humans…and am basically already vegetarian. I thought after watching this and deciding to try it…nah, I won’t like this at all….minus the pasta sauce and adding bread crumbs and eggs….this is something I’ll now be eating several times a week as a burger substitute…I cannot even begin to tell u how much I appreciate the creativity of people like u. u just opened mine AND my mums world in terms of healthy food substitutes and I love u for it!
Love this idea!! Making them this weekend! Hi Rose! A new FAN here! We really should talk.. I have some ideas....I love cooking! I am vegan and love it. I am a Thai food lover as well. Thai Thai here in FL makes the best Spring rolls... I am looking to figure them out. And some red curry sauce that is thick, and hot.
Yeah, the tomato sauce made it that way try omitting it and adding veggies or if you add the tomato sauce, you could’ve added more flour and breadcrumbs
I made these for dinner tonight and they are AMAZING!! I added a tablespoon of flaxseed and a tablespoon of nutritional yeast just to boost the nutritional value a bit. Thanks for this super easy recipe.
cool tip, imma give it a try aswell!
Flaxseed makes them slimy.
i feel bad for whoever is eating your shit food on god 🙏

Make these all the time! Vegan mayo, pickle, a slice of Miyoko's cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions on an artisan bun...😋🤗
I tried this once and i used spicy salsa instead of tomato sauce and it was delicious! 😊
Wow! The easiest recipe I've ever seen for vegan burgers, I can't wait to try this. Thank you!

Did you try it?

@@metalguru5226 Such a good idea. I'm sure I would like that as well. Thank you 😊

I was just thinking about this recipe yesterday while warming up a store bought black bean burger! Too funny! I need to try this instead. Thank you and you’re awesome!
haha yay ! thank you for watching !
Made it with ketchup to go for a bit of a meatloaf-y vibe. Kids loved it - and even I did (and I'm not a big ketchup lover generally).
Did you replace all of the pasta sauce with a whole cup of ketchup?
@@Vegnana Yes!
Wow i have all those, I'm going to try this out today haha
so so easy
Was it good?
This is delicious and sooo easy! I have a bunch of leftover!

I love how EASY this recipe is!! Thank you so much!! 🙏🍔
Cooked in shape and held together nicely!
Imagine using the pasta sauce and making a pizza burger 🍕🍔😋
Omg this is genius! Thanks for the idea 💡
That title is hilarious if you're German. Hack(fleisch) means ground beef in German, so your title still makes sense!
I add teriyaki sauce to the mix, and then some more before serving. Delicious!!!

Mmmm looks so good! 🍔🌾 I'm gonna try this with Sambal and gochujang subbed for part of the tomato sauce 🍅🌶️😁🥵🤤

This looks so good!
I wanna try making these but adding liquid smoke, mm. Adding it to my recipes-to-try playlist here on youtube!
I added that and a little A1 sauce super flavorful
Such a good idea
Grilled onions are great in this, and then cook the burgers in the same pan.
Yess! This sounds awesome.
THANK YOU!!!!!
Awesome ! How many cups of oats yield one cup out flour ?
a cup I think
I usually do a heaping cup of rolled oats and once ground, it becomes around a cup!

Could you use regular flour
Can we replace beans with chickpeas?

Love the recipe but is there a substitute for tomato sauce 🤔
Any replacement recs for oatmeal? Oatmeal gives me tummy issues and so does almond flour😭
How about 1 cup brown rice? (Cooked) 😉

Yeah, the tomato sauce made it that way try omitting it and adding veggies or if you add the tomato sauce, you could’ve added more flour and breadcrumbs
Can you also use a mixer
Can I substitute something for tomato or salsa. Can't have these.
Making these wish I would of found you first lol
Can I freeze a mixture before frying?
I live alone and I can't always eat the entire container within a couple days.
