Sounds like your all over it! Make sure your fat intake is adequate I found after 6 months I was feeling low energy and needed to add 50 to 100 grams of butter chunks from my fridge daily to get back to perfect. Don't feel guilty taking supplements I'd suggest adding D3/K2 Omega 3, B complex & trace minerals to your existing list, cheers and good luck enjoy the ride!

Cheers JC!! I’m concerned that the weight loss has been too rapid. I snack on butter and I do take d3 on days I don’t get sun. I work outside and get plenty of exposure (bulletproof skin against burning). I also add potassium and sodium salt to my drinking water. K2 I do off and on. Thanks for your encouragement and suggestions. I need to make permanent habits of these things. Have a great day.

@@stewartbryden71 Yes slow it down, add some clean carbs once a day, I was going to hard and my hair started thinning! (System shock) Professor Bart Kay always says to transition slowly. I'm 66 and was trying to cure many issues my dr had no help with so have been replacing all of my body's nutrients taking all vitamins minerals/trace minerals and 5 amino acids. Im fixed now and will reduce to a daily maintenance list of D3/k2 B complex zinc magnesium Selenium B 12 electrolyte mix & iodine also NAC, R-ALA, Taurine. Also take Berberine lycopene 10 gm pumpkin seeds a day for mens health. Have halved my heart meds now bp is 106/65 so I will be stopping them after talking to my heart dr today. Keep it up for its incredible health benefits just be aware of the few pitfalls along the way.
