Their Japanese songs truly show their vocal capabilities a bit more in my opinion. They’re so beautiful! Jin shines so much in this song! His triple high note at the last chorus is legendary! Don’t really like how the camera didn’t show him while doing it…but fortunately there are fan cams of Jin to watch from that concert! All of them did incredible as always. 💜

Another Japanese song that I am in love with is "Let Go". This song hits hard when you think it came out in 2018 when they were thinking of the "D" word. I love the choreo to this one as well and the live performance mix is just lovely.

One of my favorite Japanese songs of theirs is "Let Go", especially with the live performance, but it's a sad song, so you may not want to watch/listen to it unless you're okay to cry. To give a summary:
Spoilers if you don't want to know anything at all about the song.
It's kind of a sequel to Tear, where the break up is agonizing and you're hurting each other. In Let Go, the break up is at the point where you have accepted that you won't be together any longer and you're ready to let go of the other person. The raw pain in their performance of Tear always makes me ugly cry, but Let Go is more like a gentle rain. There is sadness and regret but also acceptance. There's even a tad bit of hope for the future in the lyrics. And the choreo is incredibly beautiful. I hope you react to it, but I don't want to ruin a good mood for you, either.

I think that they're Japanese songs are lyrically beautiful and breathtaking at the same time. They're stunning! The interaction of the voices the layers of capability the way it hits your heart! They are true artists in every sense of the word and that's one of the things I really like about BTS! Some groups follow everything they're supposed to do to perfection yet they miss out on the true depth that real heartfelt quality that BTS lives and breathes pours into they're performance. They are definitely true to themselves! The music is just in so fully in them. It was one of those songs that wasn't really put out there but it's one of the most beautiful and powerful songs. It's called "Sea" it's a hidden track because it's special to BTS army. Idk if its because of the way Japanese sounds or what, but JinMin really shine in their Japanese discography. Maybe it's because they're the ones doing the high notes, and the Japanese songs have more moments where the high notes hit different. That is not to say the other members aren't good on their Japanese songs. No one can hold a candle to JK's voice as a pop singer, and Tae is my vocal bias, but I think their vocal colors are less pronounced on their Japanese tracks.
