One topic I would love to hear you discuss is the overall feel/tone of the story, because to me that's the thing that truly sets it apart. Like how it can go between epic fantasy and slice of life without it feeling out of place and just the overall range of emotions and types of stories that are told really set it apart from everything else I've experienced, and to me make it feel very realistic in a way.
Good video, hope people see this and give the series a try. It really has some of the best characters I've ever come across, especially considering how many characters there are
I only fell into this amazing world as audible recommended. After those first almost 40hrs, I was hooked. It works best for me as having ADHD, I'm both too impatient and too forgetful for regular small chunks....but my god I love this series. The world, the characters and the narrator who brought it all to life so brilliantly. What makes it even better is the community. I get get excited when a book has a map or some fan-art to discover. This series has glossarys, galleries and its own lonely planet guide.
The third audiobook has just downloaded and I'm enjoying all the new images/videos and essays, to fully immerse my brain before heading into the next adventure
The audio books are amazing. The narrator is so talented at making every character unique with her voice acting

I’m reading 6.53k right now! I’m unbelievably hooked
The Wandering Inn is great, but I don't know if you can call this an introduction to it when you're already talking about continents and Laken then getting back to introducing the main character 13 minutes into the video, then the reformed horns...and we don't really get into that until few volumes into the series. I recommend that if you haven't read any of TWI, you don't watch this video at all, definitely not a good "introduction" video in my opinion, just too much information that will overwhelm people considering the book. There's a reason the author didn't give a giant world synopsis in the web novel and introduced places and the different races throughout the story instead.

In terms of races there are a lot more than you mention, although I do apologise if these were not all part of the story yet in vol. 8; Garuda, Vampire, Half-giant, Raskghar, Ogres and Gazers off the top of my head.
