  • Ingredients for the layers:
    *4 slices of 100% whole wheat bread
    *1/2 pastry cup cold water
    *1 tablespoon of instant coffee
    *1 tablespoon of Monk fruit
    Ingredients for the cream:
    *2 oz of Light cream cheese(room temp.)
    *3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
    *1 teaspoon of Instant coffee
    *3 tablespoons of Monk fruit
    *Unsweetened cocoa powder to decorate
    My casserole dish seems bigger but as you can see is basically the size of a regular slice of bread
    I divided this dessert into 2 servings…
