It be actually VERY easy to make a Flash game. Hell, Flash is a boss fight for the Suicide Squad game. Add the speed clones mechanic, have a Mirror World level with Mirror Master, Captain Cold freezing a lot of stuff, have Flash just go around being a nice guy helping people with task only he could do since he can catch up and get to know a lot of people. Have him help paint an old ladies fence since Flash would just do that. This also just ignores other games that did Flash like mechanics already like the Spider Man game with 2099 and Amazing Spider Man teaming up for a time bending adventure.

Even if they had the same build. As soon as you press that button the world around you bends in a convenient way to make you believe that you are running so fast things are melting or something like that. But is just a cool effect.
Back in my day, Gauss was fast enough to bug the camera and flip the world. (well, gauss is still the same, it's the camera that's been upgraded to handle Guasses that wants to go faster than DE expected)

Titania can't run, if just going from one point to another really fast, not running, is the thing you are interested there are teleports frames that go way faster than Titania, the thing here is running speed, space ships are faster than your Titania so she's not that hot on the flying bussiness haha.

I once saw a video about who would win, an Astartes or a Warframe. It claimed that a warframe would solo 10k space marines. Videos like this make me believe it on the spot.
Max speed boost Volt is a riot, he makes my Titania so fast I can barely maneuver in the hallways of corpus maps lmao. One void fissure there was both a Gauss and a Volt, the Gauss was actually faster than me on straight aways (a LOT faster...) but I had the maneuverability advantage and it turned into a genuine race to the end lol. Pretty sure I won by a literal millisecond but it was so close I'll just say it was a tie, most fun I've had in a while, DE should make Warframe racing a thing haha.
This is why I don't use either Gauss or Volt. My potato-ass laptop can never take that speed. They'll go from blurry screen to blue screen real quick
