Honestly, Warframe has so many things like this that on their own would be the "entirety" of other games that big devs would put out for full price. I know some of that comes from the game being in ongoing development for so many years, but I think a big part of it is just that the devs have a passion for what they do, and love to see what new fun designs they can come up with. Some of it doesn't get as fleshed out as it should as a result, sure, but it means that everyone can find a frame or two that just clicks for them on a personal level and have fun with it playing how they want to play.

The great thing is that crashing into an object actually deals some damage to surrounding enemies and you recover pretty quickly. So I'm mostly just zooming about with my Gauss constantly crashing into stuff and having fun.
I actually have an even faster build than this I use for speedrunning that utilizes helminth sprint speed ability. It’s surprisingly manageable if you practice.
Its not about the speed its about the adrenaline and the thrill of the race, sure titania can go fast but its flying not running it doesn't count to a race, if we say how a frame can go from point a to b ash prime could prob win since he literally teleports. They want to feel the thrill of the moment with the speed they are achieving by just running not flying like brain rotted titania mains where they just press W and they go forward.
