Hello Akshat !! I work in a bank, so i will get a housing loan at 6% simple interest upto 75 lakhs.I am planing to buy a small plot and build a house within the limit amt and rent it(I live in a small town called Siliguri).I will also get some tax benefit. But I will be paying a huge chunk of my salary in EMI(liquid crunch). Or should I buy a flat at around 40 lakhs which also I can rent and I will have to pay less EMI. Or Should I invest this monthly EMI amount in Stocks(where I am already getting decent returns)
Kindly advice !!
I have also purchased HDFC ergo optima secue for 25 lakhs basic sum assured that cover day 1 50 lakhs .

I'm never taking the chances of trading by myself again ever since I found out about professional experts who in fact are the best option to healthy trading career. It's been just 2 months and my portfolio has almost gone through the roof.
@dtafx
Good for you buddy

Piease dont mind it just a suggestion
I am plan HDFC ergo optima secure si 10 lakh . This is a best company. Claim settlement company processing service is good other than health insurance company.
In my opinion; traders should ignore predictions and focus on profit-making now because predictions are all assumptions and guesses. The market is usually unstable and no one can predict accurately whether its going bearish or bullish. The recent market trends have made a lot of traders make losses in the market meanwhile some professionals with sophisticated tools and platforms make good profits. Made over
159,700$ in the past few months in trading on the best crypto platform with the wonderful trading signals and strategies from Mr. Donald Trace. Appreciation for his assistance and his honesty in ensuring I win trades irrespective of the market trends.
@dtafx
I feel thats a stupid rule 50% of salary. I earn 50L rn and im super healthy and majorly i invest 15k in a gym apart from that if i ever get to use the insurance its gonna be in case of emergency or some major issue in the body. And these things dont need more than 10L so you can increase your insurance cover by 50% in 5 years but 50% of salary is totally stupid specially for people who are super conscious about their health. You were wrong or taken wrong advice from ditto and im talking about single individual not a family
Hey Akshat, I'm 22 years old today, I have planned to go with term insurance today as I'll be turning 23 tomorrow. I have planned to go with Max life insurance with 2cr coverage and some small add ons. Not sure whether to directly buy the plan from the website or via the ditto platform itself. Can you please advise me on this before EOD. Thanks in advance!!
Can you share me ur number for Health Insurance
Hey yash term insurance depends on income earnings...So u have to check accordingly

Sir aapne hdfc ergo kaoptima secure plan liya hoga I'm sure😊😃
Loot hai bhai, har year had se jyada premium badha deta hai
@@Krishabh_Agrawal What do u suggest then ?? How much premium is increased every year?
@@mohitarora2190 I am no expert. I opted for one policy as a add on for parents through my current employer. During 1st year ₹9200 was charged and company reimbursed it. In 2nd year Premium went up by 33% (₹12000), this time company changed policy as well and said max 7k reimbursement. I ended up paying 5k from pocket. This is basic policy with 15% copay and other restrictions.
Please consult with someone who is buying it from many years. They can tell you how much money we have to pay.
Maybe 33% hike doesn't happen for retail policy holders. Also, declare all diseases and provide everything. Don't lie to save some money. They will deduct or cancel your claim.
The research here is incomplete. The information presented is also somewhat missing. I replaced my parents HIS from corporate policy to a govt policy. Buying HIS is one of the most complex things. Expected better insight from Akshat. But ditto is good. I have availed their service. Although I did not buy anything through them.
Did you guys implemented some kind of bot or what ? It's not even a minute I commented.
Can you share me ur number for Health Insurance
I m also from Goa margao..
