Christen wilburn was my hope during the 'bear summer' last year. I did so many mistakes but also learned so much from it, and of course from christen wilburn.
She has been the secret of my success ever since I lost my job. She is very good on that. Thank God I met her at the right time. Now I have a house of my own and other valuables.
Christen approaches trading in a completely unique way. I'm puzzled by her
methods. She just seems to have an innate understanding of this trading world.

I dont agree at all. Everything has doubled in owning a home... Homeowners insurance and property taxes, the mortgage rate stays the same if you do a fix rate. The cost of maintenance is thru the roof not to mention deductibles are ridiculous 2% of the value of the home. I am being taxed out of my home. Dont even get me started on groceries. We are screwed no matter what we do
So in other words don't buy or rent, become a part of the problem and be a landlord...
Your mortgage does continue to go up because the cost of insurance and taxes continue to go up so it goes up just like if you were paying rent.

After i raised upto 125k trading with her, I bought a new house here in the states also paid for my son's surgery (Kelvin) glory to God.
