Swapping an Intel 386 DX-33 for a Cyrix 486 DLC-40

Finally putting some of our Scrapyard finds to work!
Can we do a one for one exchange of this Intel 386 DX-33 CPU for a Cyrix 486 DLC-40?
They were supposed to be an easy upgrade and these 386 motherboards do not use any CPU jumper pins.
Only one way to find out!
