मै क्या लिखू U P मे मै लर्निंग लाईसेंस के लिए अप्लाई किया था डाक्यूमेंट रिजेक्ट कर दे रहा था RTO वाला फिर जब मै एक मित्र से पता किया तो बोला साहब कुछ खोज रहे है रिश्वत लेने के बाद वही डाक्यूमेंट सही हो गया और अप्रूवल भी सरकार को ऐसे लोगो पर कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए

- Learning license can be obtained fully online
- Driving license can be renewed before 1 year and after 1 year of expiry without penalty
- Driving test can be given only in a vehicle that confirms to all rules
- During the driving test, reversing will be checked for one minute
- Driving license will be dispatched within 15-30 days
- Only one class of vehicle can be added to the driving license at one point of time
5 month se jada ho gaya hai mera par RTO se hard copy DL abhi tak nahi mila hai.. Aur Underprocess hi dikha raha hai

I have a question. Maine kuch saal pehle Mumbai k ek driving school se seekhna strat kiya tha. Learning DL k baad test bhi diya tha, lekin test k baad license lene mai ja nhi paya RTO q k Mumbai se shift ho gya uske pehle. Suppose I want to have a 2 wheeler driving licence and I do not own a motorcycle beforehand. Will RTO office not provide me any vehicle for DL test ?
First of all Traffic Rules should be taught to drivers particularly Heavy vehicles drivers who are always driving trucks on the right side on highways which is a lane for light vehicles.
Speed limit shall be followed by light vehicles on highways to avoid the accidents.

Bhaiya Mera ek question hai maine MCWG+LMV DL apply Kiya tha or mer LMV pass and MCWG Fail ho gaya hai... Yadi m filhaal ke liye Only LMV DL ke approval ke liye apply Kiya hai to kya same learning per vaild timeline ke ander m MCWG ka test bache hue slot per de sakta hoon ya nahi? If the DL issued in the state of orissa and the person is transferred to any other state, can the DL be renewed at the existing state with permanent residence proof like Addahhar Online or the person need to go the the issuing state and get the same renewed with the local address proof. Mein permit online apply ker rha tha lekin Udher likha aaya ki "your fitness is expired".
