what is asmr?

-ASMR is a physical, euphoric response to certain sounds, voices, or situations, often referred to as “triggers.” Responses vary from person to person, but are often described as “tingles” across the top of the skull, which can travel down the spine. “Tingles” is just one description: others are “goosebumps on your brain,” a “flow-like mental state,” or a stoned-like, zoned-out relaxation. It’s not a therapy, and the vast majority of people don’t find it sexual (less than 5 percent in a peer-reviewed study) but it can be therapeutic and relaxing.

It is honestly so sweet and keeps me going! It always makes me feel comforted to know my mom is my biggest supporter in life! You should so do it for your boys, they’ll love it when they are my age❤️❤️❤️

One thing that I have noticed though from watching your videos is how self deprecating you are it makes me sad 😔 you are a beautiful and smart young lady stop calling yourself dumb and saying that you hate your body! I hope that you can learn to appreciate how smart you are and how much your body does for you. Could you imagine not being able to walk, talk, or breathe normally? You are so blessed to have a normal working body and are smart enough to create and edit these amazing videos that help so many people. There are so many books that you can read that will help you learn to love yourself! Louis Hay is one of my favorites that have helped me so much! Much love babe ❤️
The fact that even if I had my own room I wouldn’t be able to keep everything displayed or have anything in those drawers on the vanity because my older sister would just sneak into my room and probably use everything or take stuff enrages me so much

Little tip: turn the makeup wipes with the opening down, that way the moisture goes back to the top after being one way for some time, and they won’t dry out that fast :)
