The Godspeed clones weren't sent to the past by the Godspeed we saw, that one got erased when Nora's future got erased due to timeline changes, the "clones" we've been seeing are from the present, they said he was from the future at the start of season 6 because they only knew Godspeed from Nora's diary and assumed it was the future

Before Barry moved in with the Wests he was already doing things like jumping on stage to help a frozen Iris at her dance recital. He's been in love with Iris since he was a kid, they even had a pretend marriage. He's never viewed Iris as a sister and neither has the show, since episode 1 it's been plain as day what Barry feels for Iris. There's no show canon instance of Joe marrying Barry's mom (to make them step siblings) or him signing adoption papers (Barry's dad was literally still in the picture, his whole motive in season 1 is getting his father out of jail lol). The only people who want to conveniently act like their siblings are people who ship Barry with other white women on the show.

Actually they combined the DCEU and almost all of the other live action DC universes with the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover, so now almost all of the DC live action universes are part of the same multiverse. DCEU Flash appeared at the end of the crossover.
