Great video, very informative. I have a 22 F250 in Carbo Gray on the way. I have a new grill, ovals, fender emblems and mirror caps that just arrived... all painted carbo gray, agate black or some combination of the two. I will definitely be circling back to this video when the time comes to swap the grill and ovals. Thanks for taking the time to make it even though I'm a few months behind.
Thanks for the video. Great instruction and you made it easy for me swapping the emblems on my 2022 Tremor. Much appreciated! That camera washer cover was an important detail. I could have easily gone wrong there and messed up the piston.
There’s an Tailgate access panel with 8 screws, but if you have spray in liner are covered. Remove those 8 screws and you’ll have access to the rear emblem or tailgate handle.

Why not just tape around the emblem and just snap the emblem off with a plastic trim tool? You’re replacing it anyway so who cares if it breaks? Clean up the adhesive and pop on the new emblem.
@@dtom420 funny how many people on the goddmned internet get their feelings hurt. I thought the same thing. Patience is a fantastic tool and it's free. I'm confident with a plastic trim tool the body would not be dented. Even still who cares...it's in a barely noticeable spot.

I'm pretty sure you would dent the truck especially because they have the aluminum body's and that adhesive is extremely aggressive.

What is that piston next to the camera? Airbag sensor?
It's a washer it pops out when you run the washer for the windshield and cleans the front camera. Its wild
