I'm not sure if I missed it but how did you add the buffs on your player frame? And can that be done to party frames (without enabling raid frames in party option, ie if I wanted each player picture icon to remain but still wanted to see buffs like HoT's)
How do you import the plater profile? Can't seem to use his string of text as an import feature
I think only addon worth something here is Plater. And even that addon could be changed to Threat Plates but it has weird OCD kicking habit - the frames move very little weirdly while you are still and not moving, so use Plater now unless there is somekind of fix for it.
I took a second look. Angrier World Quests is good addon.

Edit: feel like I need to say that I'm not MAD per se, just surprised that the UI gets like almost an hour worth of videos instead of more lore, or class / spec, or profession videos

Hey I'm happy for it. His recent UI vids have been a godsend to me. I've been so frustrated with everything missing from the UI update I was starting to learn some Lua to make an addon and it looks like BlizzHUDTweaks is more or less what I was planning.
The thing is that people are STILL bitching about the UI change... mainly the "get off my lawn! I HATE CHANGE!" types.
I installed Immersion last week after the last addon video and I absolutely love it. It really changes the complete feel of quest text.
Started playing with Immersion in Legion and I cannot play without it now. It is gorgeous and so clean. Makes it easier to follow things, and makes rewards easier to see.

World quest tab still works. I don't even see what angrier world quest is doing, there is no list that I could see. The tab way of doing it is much, much better.
Great recommendations. Didn't know about the Vender Extended UI. Bartender does a lot of what you are using multiple addons to achieve, it is well maintained and extensive testing and support. Addons being addons people will find their favourites. Thanks for the video. Great work!

@@blacklightrr Bartender does a lot of what BlizzHUDTweaks, MoveAny, Advanced Interface Options, HideActionBarBorders and Micro Menu Colours is used to achieve
I noticed that you are not using Simple Addon Manager (SAM). It's a genuine improvement with no downsides when managing addons. You can save profiles so that you can tinker and install a mess of new addons to test with, but if something goes wrong, you can always revert to one of your profiles.
It has nested addons for dependencies.
It allows you to enable/disable an addon and all other addons dependent on it or all of its own dependencies.
It has a search bar for your addons that you can make in focus so that you can start typing the addon you want to find right away without hunting with your mouse to aim at the search bar.
It has sorting, but unfortunately it doesn't have a sort by update or install date. I may submit a pull request to implement that if I can figure that out or if it's even possible with the API.
It also has a resizable window so you don't have to endlessly scroll in a tiny window.
It also has tooltips for extra info on addons.
Here I am just waiting for another set of weakauras from you guys for DF. I loved when you did those before.

Keep up the grind guys, I appreciate it. One note: Angrier World Quests seems bugged to me, I keep getting a UI error that might be in conflict with another addon, I'm not sure. But I need all my other addons, so it's gotta go.

i really like that BlizzHUDtweaks. You can hide the crap you dont need once in combat (or visaversa). Too bad it wont fade out the whole mini map, just the text etc. around it. That would have been extra++.

Thanks for this, I actually have been wanting to move away from ElvUI. I'll give this a shot. I need to dig into weakauras a bit more also I learned. Get my plates looking better.
I love that with the new UI, things are moving more towards as you put it UI tweaks not replacements.
Yeah really liked the new ui but replaced it with elvui already, since im used to it and also you can tweak it more to your own style

Gotta be careful with *Clean Icons* if it does what I think it does, because Blizzard doesn't always remember to put a cap to the size of their icons when used outside of the actions bars, in places such as Torghast, and you end-up with icons twice as big as the space they're supposed to fit inside of. ^^
Is there a way to have your self applied buffs next to or under/above your player frame?
I am gonna play around with the new UI at the start and slowly add addons as I want them/need them. I loved ElvUI but I’m happy to have a more Blizzard style UI. Can’t wait to try out these features as well and I hope Blizzard continues tweaking. My only issue is my UIs still won’t save, I have prolly redone it 10 times now. Thanks for the tips!
i can no longer figure out how to hide my party frames/raidframes like i used to with new system..its annoying..the button that says hide is gone.
Whats the addon that shows on screen when targeting an enemy if I have my dots on applied on the target or not. I mean if my Rake isn't on the target then its icon is black and white and once I apply it then it goes in colour.
I usually just see addons I am already using in these kind of videos, but here I actually found some good new ones, tnx !

Shadowlands Micro Menu Buttons just makes the micro menu buttons look like they have for as long as I can remember

Moveany causes some errors for me, for example it brings back the blizzard menu (the one you show a weakarua for to color the symbols) which I have hidden, since I don't need it at all. There is a working fork for MoveAnything out there, which still is the best tool to move UI elements in my opinion.
Its like everyday Bellular is remaking the same video.

Agree...once you're used to the cleanliness and custominzation you get with ElvUI is hard to go back.. and also with all respect to Bell but what's the point in having to get a bunch of different addons just to not use ElvUI when you can just disable components of it? lol

I was wondering if you've found an addon that returns the eye icon on the mini map that allows you to teleport back to the beginning of a dungeon? Having to hoof it all the way back through to exit is a pain in the ass!
I just want a simple addon that removes the HP and power bars directly under my char. I have a big screen but those bars always seem to be in the way.

I just want a big bank. Combuctor used to do it while fitting in. Bagnon hasn't worked for weeks for me. I don't know why Blizzard did the bag overhaul and left the bank as is.

When you cursor over say a world quest that shows the rewards on the map and you go to move your cursor over the rewards to see the details but when you do you lose the whole frame with the reward because you can't cursor over the quest and the reward. How can you see reward details? Please

It is an option in the actual edit mode when you click on your main action at. No add on needed.

Download 20 different addons just to do what Elvui + Weak Auras does. I’ve been trying to stick to the default updated blizzard UI , but I think it’s time to go back. Just wait till a patch comes out and all that shit breaks and your waiting for the author to update it or one of the “key” addons doesn’t get updated…I’ve been playing since 05 and I’m starting to get flashbacks..lol

Lol, if I didn't know I would think the editor has multiple personality disorder. Couple of weeks ago "AMG THE NEW UI IS LIKE AMAZIIIING!" then a sharp turn to the so far trilogy of "DEFAULT UI IS BUSTED".

I am tired and spelled it incorrectly in curseforge, however I installed all the addons listed and they bite in comparison to ELVU which I already have installed and used for years. It upgrades to all my old profiles seamlessly. Why install all these when ELVUI does a much better UI with far superior settings for editing location & even size of all nameplates, action bars, micro bar etc and cleaner?

I've been loving Immersion - but I wish they would move or let you move where the panels show up. the conversation answer panels are all the way to the right. :(
You can move the answer / question panel - just hold left mouse on it when one shows up and move it

When i try to use the hp bar class color it just changes the color of the zone that has your name on it instead of the green hp bar color. Someone that can help me with this?

Uggfhhh as a filthy casual I was really hoping to just get a code to copy and paste into my game. It's alot of work for me to keep up with all the mods and stuff.
