Nice. You make it seem so simple, but it's really hard. And then when it isn't, what fun. Relearning stuff I forgot back in the day. Now I'll be dancing all night fathoming these moves.

For a lesson video, I think you should use un-lit poi in a brightly-lit room. In this video, there's a skipping/strobing effect of the poi passing by each other, and it's harder to visually track what each poi head is doing.
Its probably better not to should on him.
I learned how to do opposites by starting one poi before the other. It's easier than trying to start both at the same time.

I find it difficult to do the the split time poi.......either am doing it so fast or am doing it wrong....it jus that am not getting it....🥺

How much rice do you put in the balloons?
My pois are about 60g each (balloon+sand+sock) and it's definitely heavy enough for me

@ITANAGAR12345 It's REALLY fun. Especially when you get into the harder stuff. It takes a bit of time, though. Sometimes it takes weeks to learn moves, but it is SO worth it in the end.
