The most obvious reason for the non-existence of this game, is that if there are no objects that depend on a style to be placed, it would take away the joke from super mario maker (although some things could be implemented) además de que el mismo nombre del juego te dice que este juego trata de super mario sin importar que link ande dando flechasos por ahí xd.
