I don't understand. People like Tyler1 make a living off of screaming about a rigged system (e.g. Losers' queue) and people make news videos and worship him for it. This guy is saying the same things, but somehow he's delusional? At least he's trying to explain instead of just complain.
Tyler occasionally gets ridiculously bad teammates that are blatantly there just to make him lose. Accounts that don't belong anywhere near his games. He proceeds to rank up through sheer volume of games, not doing anything too special, just consistency. This is exactly the method Dillerus stated is the only way to rank up aside from having a crazy KD. Why is there so much hate for this guy?
To top it all off, I climbed from Plat 4 to Diamond 4 this season. I check OPGG every time there's a clear troll. Every single game that I lost was due to a teammate being a casual (2 ranked games per 5 arams, AKA not focused), having less than 10 ranked games (again, unfocused and not committed), autofilled, or playing their 1st off-role game in their 20 game winstreak off their main. It's all rigged. There's just no reason that during a winstreak on their main, someone suddenly decides to first-time a completely different champ in my game, when I'M also on a winstreak.
I climbed because I put the time in, not because I did anything special. I was forced to suffer through the guaranteed losses. Player retention strategy is a real thing.
League player base is the most delusional, gaslighting playerbase in the whole industry.

there's nothing about the matchmaking system that's holding anyone back
for some reason people just dont want to hear the truth that the matchmaking is rigged. Season 1, 2, 3 challenger players could literally go on 95% win streaks within 100 games from bronze to diamond. It so much harder to do that nowadays. Riot denied smurf queue until it became very obvious too.
the funny thing is I'm doing an experiment with my friend d2-d1 player
so it goes like this.. im currently duo abused boosted to d1 (currently d2) im playing 200 games from d1 to see if I really fall to my rank which is d4. and currently im at 150 games staying at d2 70lp. if my proper rank is Emerald 1 d4 I should be falling to that account which it looks like it won't the funny thing is my main account which is at Emerald 4 can't climb. and the system is doing something behind the scenes and im starting to believe that Riot is really cheating us off....

Ah so that's why when I created a new account after like 9 years of not playig, there always were several smurfs that just took over the entire match ... From the standpoint of a returning new player - the matches were unplayable basically. I just uninstalled lol.
I think most people are missing the point of the video, so before you even comment any stupid shit.
He is not discrediting high elo players, he is not saying you can't climb through 1v9 everygame.
He is proposing a flaw on League's matchmaking. Riot themselves posted not long ago an explanation on how matchmaking algorithm works. According to riot themselves, the algorithm takes into account player stats to determine your MMR. To the matchmaking MMR is god, it determines the teammates you get and the enemies you face, it also influences LP gains.
Based on that information what Dillerus is saying you need to match your stats to the desired MMR.
If you match your stats with a D1 player your MMR will spike and the game will place you in favorable matches until you reach that visible rank. He says you don't even need to be good which is an understatement to exaggerate the state of the game, you do need to be somewhat decent in ordet to farm those stats.
The thing here is, if you're playing on your old rancid account from season 3 when you were bronze, those stats still are taken into account by the system and will keep you in a certain rank it thinks you belong, no matter how much you've improved, it will constantly put you at test if you're winning without matching the stats of your visible rank (which also explains why winstreaks on old account net you a 5lp win 30lp loss, your mmr is not catching up to your visible rank due to low stats), so the best strat is fresh account where you can farm stats and quickly get slingshoted to high ranks because your MMR would be inflated by your cool stats.

Yeah but in the end bro you’re really not as good as you think you are. I won 10 games from low masters to mid masters and was in challenger games for 5-10 games getting slapped around. There’s a reason you are at the rank you’re at. It’s frustrating but true and delusion and looking for facts to support evidence always happens. Losers q isn’t real and we are just bad at the game. Beware, I'm not saying there's no space for improving. Even the goat himself Faker constantly reviews his game, but even himself finds unwinnable games because mm will force him on a 50% wr, even if he can reach challenger 100lp with 90%wr.
@@VorticalGab0 improvement always matters. I’ve been hard stuck master and low gm for a long time despite feeling like I’ve gotten better. Self reflection and looking at your mistakes to make yourself better is the only way to truly get better at anything. It doesn’t stop when you’re objectively good at anything. Yes, there will be other forms of improvement that will more viable but it’s still just as important. Accepting a loss is okay but a loss doesn’t mean that you can’t improve and make yourself better. If we looked at losses like we looked at wins we would improve twice as fast. In fact, I would say losing is more important than winning and you would improve maybe 3x as fast. Look at your habits, tendencies, emotions reflect upon them and try to make yourself better.

I also agree losses do matter and are needed to be taken into consideration when reviewing our gameplay. Altho, I also think 60% of losses are just that, plain loss that you could do not much to change the course of the game, and it is also fine to acknowledge some games are totally out of your control.
This video is coming from a plat mmr player who has no clue that real skill does not equate to rank. You are not getting better if you are simply getting a higher rank because your teammates are better and you're wining the coinflip more often, you get better by actually participating in the game and not trying to have a meta strategy to have a higher ranked. again having a higher rank is meaningless when you play like how you are mentioning in the video. You should enjoy getting better at the game, not having a higher rank.

You should be happy with your progress, not the rank because that part doesn't matter, what's the point in being diamond from gold if you had to make 3 new accounts & lose all your skins to even do so & you still play the exact same as on your gold account. You ALSO ruin the ranked experience for those on their mains getting gold players in diamond lobbies. this has been my experience exactly, people always say "oh if you can't carry in x rank then that's the rank you deserve" but i can completely predict which games I will win or lose based on who I get matched with, just by taking a look at my teammates average stats and rank compared to the enemy team, based on that I know exactly when I am in winners queue or losers queue and the moment I am about to rank up league mm tries very hard to give me impossible to win games. Losers queue and winners queue definitely exist and the moment you get to that point your account is hardstuck, and riot will try very hard to keep you at that rank, as i understand it, you can only fix it by making a new account or playing a stupidly high amount of games
This is exactly spot on. Once queue loads in, I can check porofessor and I can predict with reasonably 90% accuracy whether we are going to win the game or lose based on my teammates stats. It's ridiculous and predictable.

that was also why the promos between say plat 4 to plat 3 was so cancer back in the day. You had to win like 4 out of like 6 games MINIMIUM to get the mmr to 100 and then the winstreak to win and Riot would intentionally fuck you the entire time. Then if you lost you they would keep giving you bad teammates for a few games and you had to either be giga smurfing or be playing super carry champions to reliable get through this. It's hilarious how fucked they make the games back then you would get like 4 one tricks that are all autofilled to different roles and who are all already tilted and on losing streak against enemies with winning streaks who also happen to ban the champions your teammates play and you can't dodge because you're in your promos.
Also their words in the past that the reason it was like that is because they wanted you to "prove" that you were worthy of that rank and thought that by gatekeeping it and making it intentionally frustrating that it would make people happier.
Also hilarious that they punish people for afking when some of these games are so lost that it's just a waste of time. I wonder if riot system also double screws people who afk by continuously giving them worse teammates and thus giving them more legitimate reasons to afk.
I also wonder if Riot changes the matchmaking in different servers. So for instance perhaps the matchmaking is more screwed in EU compared to NA or Korea or are they all the same?

I think the system is designed for us to constantly make new accounts.
I've been playing this game for 14 years since it's launch and i haven't a single doubt in my mind that the matchmaking is rigged in some ways. Even the person that actually made the system Josh Menke talks about it openly. He says and i quote "we didn't see players tend to leave early because of a losing streak". The system itself is designed to keep players in the game for longer.
And yes there is a system in place to determine your skill level, so obviously KDA comes into play there. Wild Rift developers for example recently said they will change the matchmaking system because certain players were tanking KDA in winning games to get better teammates next game. Now the big question is does league have something similar in place.

Looking at the account, it wasnt fresh mmr. You dropped down to emerald 2 in 100 games, you also are trying to abuse janna/maokai since they are the most inflated champs rn and you still cant win (you prob are plat/gold on support yikes)

Do you guys really believe that you magically have the system figured out, surely if you had it figured out so hard, you would be the rank 1 player? Do you not think that the challenger players, supposedly the ones with the most understanding of the game's systems, wouldn't know about such a thing long before you? That they wouldn't be posting videos everyday about 'padding kda' and adjusting their playstyle.
I mean your entire theory is completely refuted by Baus, who regularly has absolutely terrible stats on tab screen but manages to use the game's shutdown systems, macro and overpowered split pushing stategies to regularly get high win rates... if individual stats mattered more than wins, surely he would be the inter that riot puts into the lower elo players game to garuntee a lost? Maybe he reverse engineered the system to make him the loser que specialist?
The things you got right in this video are as follows:
Making new accounts and playing normals first allows you to start your climb higher up the ladder.
Your winrate will be higher at first, because it usually underestimates your mmr if you are above diamond skill rating. It will start your climb at plat 2, put you in emerald 3 lobbies with 30lp gains, and you'll continue to gain lots of mmr per win because you're still smurfing on emerald 3s
Playing more games to climb, but not for the reasons you stated. Most people completly overestimate their climbing speed and underestimate the importance of win streaks and loss streaks. Your LP gains do not give a fuck about your total winrate but instead your winrate in last 20 games, you can easily get back to 25+LP gains with a 75% winrate in last 20 games on a 1000 game account with 48% winrate overall, but also with a 55% winrate it takes 115 games to climb from diamond 4 to master tier with a consistent winrate and no big loss streaks. With loss streaks a 55% winrate won't be enough because loss streaks destroy your mmr. Let me explain to you test games.
Test games are the most important games on your account that decide your climbing direction. They happen during win streaks and loss streaks. On a winstreak, you get a positive test game, where you are put into a much higher mmr lobby than usual, if you win this game, you will gain a massive mmr boost for the next games and go from like 19lp to 25lp wins.. If you lose you will be put back into your usual mmr games
Same for a loss streak, you will be put into a negative test game far below your expected mmr, and if you lose this, you become 'hardstuck' ie you are now put into much lower mmr games than your visable rank and your gains become dogshit until you get another winstreak test game.
Everything you said after about the invididual performance was pure copium from a clear diamond 3 player reaching his peak and wondering why he is suddenly losing, your op.gg doesn't lie and your excuses at the end of the video tell the entire story, there is no magic loser que lobbies, everybody gets fucking trolled every 3rd game because the community is dogshit, we used to have dodges for that and that was the TRUE way to garuntee good games but riot removed names and increased dodge penalties to help with que times. Of course duo que is the best way to climb on botlane because half the time your lane partner is low elo dogshit, everybody below masters 400lp is inconsistant with bad knowledge and you are among them, you have very little understanding of the game and blaming your teammates for every mistake instead of reviewing your replays or getting coaching from better players is exactly how you stay a terrible player. It is NOT HARD to maintain a 70% winrate below masters if you are not making terrible mistakes every game but trust me, you are, otherwise you wouldn't have an issue beating a demotivated 50,000 players to the top of the ladder.

After 8 years of Solo Q: Yes it's rigged. Either I have games where I'm the unleashed main character or either I can't do anything because enemy team knows how to deal with me and my team is sleeping on their "stats" they need to save. The thing is the algo is what makes the game challengeing/interesting in the long term when you don't play everyday cause let's be honest, it's pretty normal to get bored on a coinflip game that sometimes just become a waiting room for the next one

incorrect tho, i have an AVG AI Score of 58 on deeplol with a kda of 3.95 and I am getting served the same vegetable bot teams in 4 out of 5 games

Does the system take into account what champion you’re playing? Like should I intentionally be picking champions that are designed to snowball and get super high kill participation, like katarina/qiyana? Compared to like a ryze or something? Like would a 14/0 performance on katarina be considered better by the algorithm than a 5/0 performance on ryze? Even though technically both players could have performed at a similar skill level?
Good question! It 100% takes into account which champion you're playing. If you're playing Kat and have high KDA, the game is going to compare your stats to higher elo kat's and see where you lie. If you meet let's say Masters benchmark on Kat, the system will provide you the queues to climb to it. Now If you performed just as well on Ryze, there are less Ryze players and you'll probably climb better with him if again, you meet the benchmark.

Autofilled jungler, 1 death per minute bot lane (unranked lvl 30 support in high plat), 4.5 cs / min mid laner enchanter losing lane vs melee bruiser... of course it was ff at 15.
Match making algorythm compensates next games putting same thing but in opposite tean and we win in 15 mins. Why those games even exists?
Of course, game is riggled so you have to play the double of games (for 1 lose u have to win 2 right?) to climb to ur diserverd elo.

Because his stats are insanely high. Example: HIs inting Sion Top. The system see's he's getting the most gold, most damage, most damage tanked, and most turret damage, the system thinks he's god despite his kda. I'm not saying he's not a great player bc he is, but this constitutes to him getting better teams instead of worse ones. At the end of the day, if you're team is just worse no matter how good you are, you will lose.

You talk a lot about how you could "easily get to challenger" but isn't your peak rank masters on LAN? Have you ever actually gotten challenger ? for someone who plays as much league as you do, i would expect at least a few accounts there. Didnt general sniper rpovr that u can get to challenger in like 70 games. But yea i agree abt the sustem giving u higher ranked games but the tbing u r not saying is when u have good stats it means ur not dying and ur fed, so u can stall ghe game through waves etc. It makes a.gokd macro stat to not die and have good stats and forces a win.
This is true. You're extending the game and collecting stats the entire time. If you won the game having "Emerald stats" opposed to "Diamond stats", the system will treat you differently which is ridiculous.

I think main top laners are always much better better at lower ranks then like a mid or ADC, makes sense. I play all roles and only run into really good players consistently top lane for some reason.

More stats help win more... More stats alone don't give you higher MMR. Winning is all that matters in climbing. I have literally climbed to diamond by having lowest stats in game on repeat with a 66% win rate by making the mathematically most correct plays consistently. It's like saying having more money causes you to have better health. It doesn't, it just allows you to afford better healthcare which might proactively help diagnose things sooner and help cute them before they become catastrophic. Same concept...but and yes there's a correlation but it's not the cause... The simple proof to you being wrong is this (which I bet you won't try). Play for stats and ensure you have the highest stats in game by a large margin, then during late game get caught out on purpose and throw the game. Lose on repeat by having the most stats and let's see if you climb. Newsflash, you won't. Stats only matter because if you're better than your opponent you will have more impact and carry more... there's literally no other reason. Being 14 kills 11 deaths (while then being careful and playing well in end game) is MUCH better than being 6-1 and playing passive and for KDA. I guarantee if you play ADC and play hyper aggressive and trade 1 for 1 and sometimes 2 for 1, you will snowball your chance to win/carry astronomically assuming you aren't dogsht
Diamond is easily obtainable. Stats matter more climbing to Masters, GM, and Challenger bc they're trying to make it more exclusive, but not because it's harder. If a player doesn't obtain the stats required of what they consider Masters, they will never maintain it whether you win or lose. The system will bring you down regardless.@@razersedge2k974

The game still compares you to other mid laners stats too, not just champions. But if you excelled it at a Diamond stat level, it should definitely give you queues to diamond
@@DillerusBut that's exactly what I mean, if you're a champion like Nami or Milio, you will end up with a lot higher KP than other midlaners (playing other champions).
You can accomplish the same thing with any other mid laner. Kill partipation = roaming, healing and getting the assists, but what different would significantly be higher KP if you played a normal mid laner. Not to mention, your overall damage contribution, and cs will probably be lower which would affect your rating too. At the end of they day, only Riot knows what they priotize in their algorithm.@@Henri-email-archive

The fact of the matter is most players don't want to win the game anymore even if they think they do and are quick to mental boom if someone says something off/makes them mad. Data can be represented to show whatever you want it to. If this was true then that means riot is marking any and every account with an expected rank to reach and altering your teammates to either MAKE you win or MAKE you lose. Which isn't true. Your mmr will change and starting a new account will reset this. But you fail to realize that even if you went 50/0 every single game and then ff right before you win then you would still drop in rank. Make a Smurf and play for stats, duo queue, or literally play 200+ games and if you’re obtaining “master stats” the system will bring you there. Not by actually carrying.

Stats aren't the reason you are gaining LP...winning is.Try getting highest stats in game, then at like 40 mins or the very end int 1 single kill at and throw the game. Let's see how much your stats help you climb... Reality check, you'll demote on repeat. The one thing you have correct is that the reason you play aggressive in solo q is exactly due to your teammates being unreliable. Going 4-0 and being passive is much worse than going 12-10 and being a hyper aggressive money. Assuming you're good, kda doesn't mean that much. Being full build while spreading out a few kills to the enemy team will give you a better chance at winning (assuming you are better than the opponents you fed, and very importantly assuming you aren't giving massive shutdowns out in the process). As a result this platstyle will net you more gold, draw more attention and pressure from enemy (making your teammates more likely to have an easier lane since they will be ganking you 24/7). Yes you will have the occasional game where the jungler will camp you harder than you can imagine and you will go like 2-12 and feed so hard the game is unwinnable but in most games you will be fine.
Yea, you can inflate your stats like that and int the game with your high stats and lose 5lp because you're literally higher MMR because of your stats, keep farming low elo players, keep getting good stats and the mm will send you to unlosable games where yout team is a bunch of ex pro smurfs the enemy team a bunch of 5 year olds and you will net a 30LP from that game which will stop you from anti-climbing.
