Best bike black for me!!!
Just bought this bike, first e bike I've owned and it's made regret why I waited so long. I ditched my car a year ago and I've been riding my bike everywhere, I rarely ride bikes for fun or exercise, I have a gym membership for that so it's basically for commuting, that being said this bike has been a revelation, for the couple of days I've had it it's been a breeze tackling the hills that had been the bane of my commute, and for the price it's an absolute steal, cheapest ebike in my country go for twice the price of the beast, yes they have skimped on some parts, for example the brakes, would have preferred hydraulics but overall I'm impressed.
I agree. It’s genuinely a nice e-bike with great features for the price. I also think that the brand has a good reputation.
How far does it go without peddle assistance 🤔
Really good review, thanks. I would like to buy one of these but have nowhere to store it.
I keep 3 e-bikes and 2 scooters in my bedroom. Buy one.
@@WilliamShakerTech My bedroom is two floors up and my wrists are weak.
@@JellyMonster1the throttle will help you get it up the stairs no problem 👌
@@lukendestroy2386😂😂😂😂😂🚲🚲🩼🩼with 75 lbs ..up the stairs..😢😢
@@romavillamiguel9845 I only say this because that’s how I do it 😂 easier than you think
Yeah, an ok bike but a 1000 watt motor is the new average to really take on the hills especially if you are bigger in stature. Trials should be done with max rated weight on board to really see exact ride capabilities of bike power!
You didn’t mentioned about the handle bar..how comfortable was it..?..if you don’t could adjust farther or closer for smaller riders with shorter arms..?..thanks
The bars don’t move but I’m 5’5 with 29 inch inseam and it was fine for me.
What grade was that steepest hill
Great review, William!
I think this bike looks sleek! But the only concern I have is ghost pedalling. When I tried a cadence sensor, I just hated the fact that you move your feet without resistance (felt a bit stupid while doing it tbh).
Did you have that feeling on this bike? If yes, how bad it was? Was there some mode where you put some resistance and it went great still?
Yes, all of these bikes have ghost pedaling. I’ve seen people change the crank set to a larger teeth unit which made things better. You’re prob going to need a longer chain as well.
Thanks for the reply @@WilliamShakerTech
Just ride throttle only, who wants to pedal?. We all know people buying these just want a motorcycle without a license.
The rang is terrible. Using assist only, I got 10km (just over 6 miles) on a flat compacted sandy beach, NO HILLS! The range claims are a blatant lie. Just 2 hours to fully charge the battery from about 50% of 1 bar.
@@pacman4568 I got it and I am very happy and you are just a complainer baby
Hi, I am only getting around 25 miles from one charge without throttle assist and flat terrain , should I be getting more or is the battery faulty, would appreciate your opinion. Thanks
Same happening with me. My battery is giving me only 7km on single charge.
I bought the EU version with 250w motor.
No, you were lied to; you get what you pay for.
I'm going for the m20
I have a video on the M20 check it out. (use my link please)
90 miles range with that battery not a hope in hell .
My l20 saddle bar broke off within one month
You have a huge butt. 😂
750W motor? In my country it comes with only 250W motor.
Lame
It sucks to be you.
😢
Show me anyone that can prove they rode 90 miles on this POS ebike on a single charge. That's pure BS.
Very possible on PAS 1 or 2 while cruising around. Personally.. I couldn’t do it but it’s very possible for someone who does.
Engwe has been paying many others including you for reviews.
They just send me the bike and I get to keep it. That’s it. I wish I got paid in addition.
Wow how can I do reviews like this?
@@pdxRoberge Create a channel, review what you already own and work for free for several months. If your videos do well, maybe you will be contacted to do a review or maybe not. You can also try reaching out to them directly.. but its always better if they come to you.
@@WilliamShakerTechThe bike IS the payment, is it not?
@@billt1954 Yes, I guess. You'll never get the full value when you sell it though but for me, it's worth doing and I consider it a side hustle and I enjoy making helpful videos. I do admit, it's a ton of work. The effort that goes into a 7-12m video is one no one will understand until you begin. Luckily, I've made videos on my other channel for 4-years now so I have a bit of experience. Good luck!
